It’s really affecting me emotionally. I start questioning if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just me being too sensitive. I love my family, but I feel lonely and unimportant. I’ve tried opening up once or twice, but it didn’t change anything, and now I don’t even know if I should try again.
I’m scared of overreacting but also scared of just continuing to feel invisible. I really need advice on what to do. Should I confront them, or is there a better way to get their attention without causing tension?
