Neil and Savi wait anxiously in the hotel reception area, both tense and on edge. Determined to get inside Rajat’s rental apartment, Neil quickly hatches a plan. He discreetly takes Savi’s hand and helps her sneak past the receptionist without being noticed. Startled, Savi questions his move, and Neil apologizes, explaining that they must stay out of sight if they want to uncover the truth.
Once inside the building, Savi can’t shake her confusion. Why would Rajat rent an apartment in Switzerland, far from home, without ever telling her? What was he hiding?
Meanwhile, Neil spots a room service attendant nearby and immediately improvises. He raises his voice, pretending to scold Savi for forgetting their key again. Bewildered at first, Savi catches on when Neil signals her to play along. Fooled by their act, the attendant unlocks the door for them.
Inside, Savi is overcome with emotion as she clutches her late husband’s clothes, memories flooding back. Neil urges her to stay focused—they’re here to find the ruby. As they begin searching, the receptionist outside grows suspicious of the unregistered guests and quietly alerts the police.

For a brief moment, relief floods Savi—she’s finally found the key to saving Ridhi without compromising her integrity. But their moment is short-lived as sirens wail in the distance. The police have arrived.
With no time to waste, Neil and Savi flee the apartment, blending into a nearby Indian couples’ event happening in the hotel ballroom. Donning masks, they join the crowd and begin dancing to avoid suspicion. As the police sweep through the venue, Savi’s mask slips—drawing the officers’ attention. In a split-second decision, Savi turns to Neil and kisses him, concealing their faces just as the police pass by.
