Banni notices that she has a fever and takes a tablet. Charmi comes there and asks if she is fine. Banni lies that she is only arranging the medicine tray. Charmi asks her to come and sit for the pooja. Banni says she will come in 10 minutes because she needs to prepare a milkshake for Yuvan, as he has not eaten anything since morning.

Meanwhile, Agastya calls his team and asks them to come after two hours. Yuvan notices Agastya and leaves to change his clothes. Sulekha questions Devraj about hiding the true purpose of the Ashtami pooja from Banni. Devraj says the pooja is for Yuvan and the family’s wellbeing. He hopes everything will improve. He also wishes the pooja to finish before Manini returns home.
Charmi meets Agastya and talks to him. Yuvan dresses like Agastya and imitates his style. Charmi becomes confused seeing him in Viraj’s clothes. Devraj calls Charmi, and she leaves. Banni brings a milkshake for Yuvan. Agastya admires her care. Yuvan refuses to drink it. Banni asks him why he is wearing those clothes and reminds him that they are not meant for pooja. He agrees to change. She asks him to finish the milkshake. She also asks Agastya to finish his tea. Yuvan feels hurt, thinking Agastya is treated differently.
Later, Yuvan takes Agastya aside and requests his help. He asks him to make Banni see him as a man instead of a child so they can have a baby. Agastya remains silent. Banni calls Yuvan to sit in the pooja.
During the ritual, the Pandit asks Banni to perform the Purnahuti. Banni asks Yuvan to sit with her, but Devraj insists she must perform it alone. Banni notices the idol of Krishna Ji and becomes suspicious. She asks Sulekha why they are worshipping Krishna Ji during Ashtami. Sulekha avoids answering.
Banni grows more suspicious and again questions the purpose of the pooja. At that moment, Manini arrives and reveals the truth. She announces that the pooja is meant to ensure Banni gives birth within one year. Banni immediately stands up and confronts Devraj for lying to her.
Yuvan becomes happy hearing about the pooja and asks if they can become parents within a year. Manini encourages him and says it is possible if Banni completes the pooja. Yuvan requests Banni to sit, but she refuses.
Devraj pleads with Banni to complete the ritual. Banni firmly refuses. She reminds everyone about the humiliation they faced recently. She says it is a woman’s right to decide when to have a child, and no one can force her. She clearly tells Yuvan that she is not ready to become a mother. Agastya supports Banni, saying she is right. Devraj leaves in disappointment. Banni thanks Agastya for supporting her and apologizes for the inconvenience. She leaves.
Banni then goes to Devraj’s room. Devraj asks her to leave, but she refuses. Devraj admits that he never had dreams for Yuvan, but her entry into his life gave him hope. That is why he wanted them to have a baby. Banni explains that Yuvan is slowly changing and needs more time. She says she considers Yuvan her husband wholeheartedly, and only they will decide when to have children.
Devraj accuses her of failing in her duties as a wife. Banni responds firmly. She says she never breaks promises. She warns him that she could have walked away earlier when she discovered his conspiracy with her aunt. Devraj becomes shocked hearing this accusation.
Precap: In a drowsy state, Banni goes to Agastya and says they are waiting for him. Agastya notices her weak condition and takes her to the hospital. Manini manipulates Yuvan, saying Agastya is creating distance between him and Banni. In anger, Yuvan reaches the hospital with a gun and shoots Agastya, declaring that Banni belongs to him.
