The Kotharis grow anxious as Aryan’s health worsens. Prem and Rahi discuss his stomach ache, but Khyati scolds them for hiding it from her. Parag reprimands the boys for their carelessness, while Vasundhara questions if they think they are too grown-up to involve the family in such matters. Despite Khyati’s insistence on calling a doctor, Aryan refuses, claiming he can manage with medicine.
Meanwhile, Anupama gifts Mahi a beautiful necklace, revealing that Kavya had bought it for her. Mahi, however, refuses the gift and emotionally expresses her love for Anupama, requesting her to perform her kanyadaan. Overwhelmed, Anupama tearfully blesses her and urges her to remain happy as she steps into her new life. Secretly, Aryan consumes drugs, blaming it on withdrawal symptoms, but promises himself he will quit after the wedding.
Elsewhere, Gautam storms into Prarthana’s room and threatens her over the ongoing divorce proceedings. Unfazed, Prarthana records his aggression as evidence. He mocks her for depending on Anupama’s support. Prem and Rahi, worried about her safety, sneak in to check on her, but Prarthana avoids discussing Gautam’s behavior. When they later see the recorded video, Prem insists on exposing him, but Prarthana urges patience, saying the time will come.
As the Kotharis prepare for Aryan’s wedding, he prays for strength to begin a new chapter. The family gathers for divine blessings, while Hasmuk explains Leela’s absence, citing her sister’s illness.
