Arshi questions why Jhanak is at the hospital. Aniruddh insists that Jhanak cannot enter because Aditi must not see her. Rishi clarifies that Jhanak will not go into Aditi’s room. Tanushri demands to know why he called her, while Indumati scolds Jhanak for showing up.
Rishi reveals the truth. Jhanak came to donate blood to save Aditi. Arshi immediately objects and refuses to allow it. Rishi counters with a critical fact. Jhanak and Aditi share the same blood group because both are daughters of Aniruddh.

Elsewhere, Anjana and Bablu reflect on the past. They recall how Nutan was once blamed for Aditi’s death. Bablu points out the irony. First Nutan saved Aditi, and now Jhanak is doing the same. He remarks that fate works in unpredictable ways. Anjana agrees and believes Nutan must be watching over them.
Back at the hospital, Rishi firmly states that saving his wife is the priority and no one should interfere. Aniruddh denies that Jhanak is his daughter, while Arshi accuses them of plotting harm against Aditi. She refuses to trust them. Aniruddh orders Jhanak to leave, but Jhanak refuses and declares she will go only after saving Aditi.
Surjeet arrives and asks about the donor. Rishi confirms that Jhanak is the donor and requests Surjeet, as a doctor, to explain the urgency. Despite this, Aniruddh insists on waiting for another donor, claiming Aditi would be devastated if she discovered the truth.
Rishi rejects the delay. He insists they can hide the donor’s identity later, but saving Aditi is non-negotiable now. Jhanak intervenes, asking everyone to stop arguing. She directly tells the doctor to proceed and save Aditi at any cost. The doctor takes Jhanak inside for the transfusion.
After the procedure, a nurse advises Jhanak to eat and regain strength. She asks Putul to take care of her, and Putul agrees. Rishi suggests that Putul take Jhanak to the canteen, saying he will join them after seeing Aditi. However, Jhanak refuses his company. Putul leaves briefly to get food.
Alone, Rishi expresses gratitude, saying he will never forget what Jhanak has done. Jhanak downplays it, stating she acted for her sister. She asks him to keep Aditi happy. Rishi hints that the truth between them cannot be erased. He admits he wishes he could express his feelings openly.
Jhanak immediately shuts that down. She reminds him their marriage was forced and holds no meaning now. She urges him to focus solely on Aditi.
At that moment, Arshi and Aniruddh return and question Rishi for speaking with Jhanak while Aditi is still critical. Jhanak makes her position clear. She wants nothing from Aniruddh. She reminds Rishi to stand by his responsibilities.
Arshi accuses Jhanak of trying to re-enter Rishi’s life once Aditi recovers. She blames Nutan for past destruction and claims Jhanak now wants to ruin Aditi’s life. Rishi attempts to stop her, but Aniruddh supports the accusation.
Jhanak refuses to be intimidated. She tells Aniruddh that one day he will beg her to accept him as his daughter, but she will never accept him. She declares that Nutan is her only parent.
She leaves. Rishi follows, but Jhanak stops him. She tells him to go back to his wife and reminds him that caring for another woman is inappropriate when he is married. She walks away decisively.
Soon after, the doctor announces that Aditi is out of danger. Relief spreads, and the doctor advises the family to keep her happy and thank the donor. Rishi quietly expresses gratitude.
Putul later informs him that Jhanak never reached the canteen and likely left for Simulboni, as she had brought her bag. Rishi understands her intention. He believes she left for his well-being and resolves that one day he will confess his love to her. Meanwhile, Aditi regains consciousness.
Elsewhere, Jhanak reflects on her decision. She resolves not to get involved with Rishi again and wants him to live peacefully with Aditi. She accepts that her love story will not succeed.
Later, Jhanak arrives in Simulboni, where Parashar welcomes her warmly. She tells him her NEET exam is over and shares her aspiration. If she becomes a doctor, she plans to open a clinic there.
Precap: A teacher asks Jhanak for Rishi’s contact details to invite him to an event. On the other side, Rishi assures Aditi that his heart belongs to her, and Aditi confidently says no one can come between them.
