At the hospital, tensions escalate. Arshi blames Rishi for Aditi’s critical condition. Neelu asks her to stop, but Arshi goes further, accusing Rishi of wanting Aditi to die. Rishi responds calmly, stating that he understands their grief and is choosing not to escalate the argument. Tanushri intervenes, asking both Rishi and Neelu to remain silent and respect Aditi’s parents’ emotional state.
Rishi defends himself, saying he is being unfairly blamed. He reminds Aniruddh and Arshi that he did not accept any gifts during the marriage. Aniruddh dismisses this, claiming it was merely a tactic to gain their trust and eventually inherit everything.
Frustrated, Rishi says they can believe whatever they want, as his only concern is Aditi. Dadabhai attempts to restore order, apologizing to Aditi’s parents and urging them not to blame Rishi, who is already distressed. Tanushri again tries to calm Arshi, but she refuses, stating she cannot remain composed while her daughter is in danger.
The confrontation intensifies when Rishi questions why Aditi was abandoned for five years. Aniruddh retaliates, saying Rishi has no right to question them. Rishi counters that they also have no right to accuse him, emphasizing that Aditi is his wife and he is capable of taking care of her. He asks them to consider his emotional state as well.
At that moment, the nurse informs them that more blood is urgently needed, and Aditi’s rare blood group makes it difficult to arrange. Tanushri suggests calling Putul. When Rishi contacts her, she reveals that Jhanak has O negative blood. Rishi immediately asks her to bring Jhanak to the hospital. However, when Dadabhai asks, Rishi conceals the truth and says Putul is not a match.
Meanwhile, in a taxi, Putul notices that Jhanak has brought her bag. Jhanak explains that she plans to leave for Simulboni directly from the hospital after helping Aditi. She firmly states that saving Aditi is her responsibility because Aditi is Rishi’s wife.
Their conversation turns personal. Putul questions whether Jhanak loves Rishi. Jhanak avoids the question, claiming love has no place in her life and that she does not have the status to love him. Putul persists, reminding her of her past marriage, but Jhanak asks her to drop the topic.
Eventually, Jhanak admits that she feels sad when Rishi is not around, but insists this should remain a secret. Putul concludes that both Jhanak and Rishi love each other, but Jhanak denies it. She states that even if such feelings exist, they are wrong, and she has no intention of building a life with him because she must fulfill Nutan’s dream.
Elsewhere, Anjana expresses concern for Aditi, while Bablu regrets revealing the truth about her past. When he fails to reach Aniruddh, he contacts Rishi, who informs him that Aditi has lost a significant amount of blood and that Jhanak, whose blood group matches, is being brought to the hospital.
Back in the taxi, Jhanak insists that Rishi and Aditi love each other, and she refuses to come between them. Putul disagrees, stating that Rishi loves Jhanak, but Jhanak maintains that even if that is true, it is unacceptable, and she does not want Rishi in her life.
At the hospital, urgency increases. The nurse asks how long they must wait for a donor. Arshi questions Rishi about the donor and accuses him again of delaying intentionally. Abhimanyu tries to defend him, but Aniruddh continues blaming Rishi.
Indumati attempts to shift the narrative, saying the issue between Rishi and Aditi is just a misunderstanding that will be resolved because they love each other. Rishi, however, points out that Aditi was deeply hurt by her parents’ past actions.
At that critical moment, Putul arrives at the hospital with Jhanak. Arshi is shocked and immediately questions why Jhanak is there.
Precap: Jhanak confronts Aniruddh, declaring that one day he will beg her to accept him as a daughter, but she will refuse. She also tells Rishi that it is wrong for him to care about another woman when he already has a wife.
