Jhanak tells Putul that she feels hurt because everyone has misunderstood her. Putul reassures her, saying one day the truth will come out and everyone will respect her. Jhanak replies that she does not want recognition, she only wants everything to return to normal so everyone can be happy.

Meanwhile, Indumati grows anxious about Aditi’s condition. Surjeet warns that he will break the door if Aditi does not respond. The family rushes upstairs. Tanushri stops Dadabhai, accusing him of caring only about Jhanak. Dadabhai denies this and says he never wished harm on anyone. Tanushri insists she has seen him prioritizing Jhanak over Aditi, and warns that there will be serious consequences if anything happens to Aditi.
Hearing the commotion, Jhanak and Putul approach Dadabhai. When they learn that Aditi is not opening the door, Jhanak immediately asks Putul to call Rishi. Putul informs Rishi, who says he is on his way and ends the call.
Back upstairs, tension escalates. Indumati blames Jhanak for the situation, but Jhanak urges everyone to focus on Aditi instead. Payal suggests calling Arshi, but Neelu advises waiting for Rishi. Surjeet questions why Aditi was left alone after her argument with Rishi.
Unable to wait, Jhanak breaks open the back door and enters the room. Shortly after, Rishi arrives and demands to know what happened. Neelu lashes out, telling him he should rot in jail if anything happens to Aditi. Rishi accepts the blame without resistance.
Inside the room, Jhanak is shocked to find Aditi unconscious. She calls out her name in panic. She opens the door for everyone, and the family is horrified by Aditi’s condition. Tanushri immediately blames Jhanak, while Putul supports her and insists she is not responsible.
Jhanak expresses concern for Rishi, but the situation worsens. Neelu suggests informing Aditi’s parents. Surjeet checks and confirms that Aditi’s pulse is weak. Tanushri cruelly tells Dadabhai that he must be happy now, which shocks him. Surjeet intervenes and asks everyone to stop arguing. Aditi is rushed to the hospital.
Neelu informs Arshi about everything. Elsewhere, Arshi confronts Anjana, blaming her for revealing the truth about Aditi’s past. She says Aditi now believes her parents abandoned her, which added to her distress caused by Jhanak. Arshi tells Aniruddh that she will not survive if anything happens to Aditi. Bablu comments that he did not expect Aditi to react this way, but Arshi shuts him down and insists neither he nor Anjana had the right to reveal the truth.
At the hospital, the doctor begins treatment. Arshi and Aniruddh arrive and immediately accuse Rishi’s family of pushing Aditi to this extreme decision. Tanushri explains that Aditi was already in shock after learning about her childhood. Arshi counters that Aditi has been suffering since her marriage and criticizes them for keeping Jhanak in the house.
On the other side, Jhanak blames herself. Putul tries to stop her, but Jhanak insists she should never have come into their lives. She regrets revealing the truth to Aditi. Putul reminds her that Anjana revealed it first, but Jhanak continues to worry and hopes Aditi recovers. She asks Putul to keep her updated and admits she does not want to leave under these circumstances. Putul tells her that if she leaves, everyone except Dadabhai and Rishi will be relieved.
Back at the hospital, Arshi declares that she will not spare anyone if anything happens to Aditi. She confronts Rishi, accusing him of failing as a husband and claims he married Aditi for money, not love. Rishi acknowledges their pain and states that he is equally devastated because Aditi is his wife.
Aniruddh then accuses Rishi of never giving Aditi the rightful place of a wife, suggesting this led to her drastic step. Tanushri tries to de-escalate the situation, saying this is not the time for blame but for prayer.
Arshi refuses to calm down and accuses the family of pretending to care. She even claims that if anything happens to Aditi, Rishi will continue his life with Jhanak. Aniruddh directly questions Rishi about whether he wants Jhanak as his wife. Rishi avoids the topic, insisting that the priority is Aditi’s condition.
Neelu informs everyone that the hospital asked about matching blood groups. Arshi reveals that none of them share Aditi’s blood group, increasing the urgency of the situation.
Recap: Rishi tells Putul that Aditi urgently needs O negative blood. Jhanak overhears this and steps forward, declaring she is ready to donate blood since her blood group matches.
