In Simulboni, Jhanak declares that she will open a clinic there after becoming a doctor. Sakhi questions why Rishi did not come with her and urges her to call him. She reveals that the entire village knows about Rishi’s second marriage to Aditi, and criticizes Jhanak for not fighting for her rights in Kolkata.

Jhanak firmly rejects that idea. She states she has no rights in that relationship and admits that forcing Rishi into marriage was wrong. According to her, Rishi made the correct decision by choosing Aditi.
Mangal questions Rishi’s earlier affectionate behavior toward Jhanak. In response, Jhanak clarifies that she had asked him to act and reveals a crucial truth. She never accepted Rishi as her husband, and there was no marital relationship between them. This shocks Parashar.
Jhanak redirects the conversation. She says her only priority now is her studies and asks everyone to stop discussing Rishi. Parashar supports her judgment and expresses trust in her decisions. Dhamu suggests bringing Rishi to Simulboni if she wants to live with him, but Jhanak refuses outright. She emphasizes that a forced marriage has no value without love.
Kanka reminds her that Rishi filled her forehead with vermilion, symbolizing marriage, but Jhanak dismisses it, stating that even the law does not recognize forced marriages as valid.
Meanwhile, Aditi arrives at Rishi’s house with Arshi. Abhimanyu thanks Arshi for bringing her, noting it would have been better if Aniruddh had also come. Arshi explains she was reluctant, but Rishi’s apology convinced Aditi to return.
Aditi makes her position clear. She is giving Rishi one final chance. Rishi responds that Jhanak has already left, and he hopes Aditi can now be happy. Tanushri reassures Aditi that Jhanak will not return to the house even if she comes back to Kolkata.
However, Aditi notices Rishi’s unease and questions him. Rishi asks her to stop doubting him. Neelu advises him not to let his ego damage the relationship. The argument escalates when Aditi accuses him of giving undue importance to Jhanak and her family.
Dadabhai interjects, pointing out that Jhanak is independent and capable of earning a scholarship. Arshi questions whether Jhanak will return to Kolkata, while Rishi states that no one can prevent her from entering the city.
Arshi then sets a firm boundary. She insists that the family must cut all ties with Jhanak. Rishi agrees, stating that he wants to focus solely on his wife and family. Aditi reinforces this, demanding that Jhanak stay away from him and warning Rishi to control his emotions toward her.
Tanushri supports Aditi, declaring that Jhanak should no longer be discussed in the house. Indumati warns Putul against bringing up Jhanak again. Putul, however, maintains that Jhanak has rights, which leads to criticism from Neelu and dismissal from Abhimanyu.
Arshi directly tells Putul not to comment on Rishi and Aditi’s relationship. Indumati apologizes to Arshi on Putul’s behalf, but Dadabhai defends Putul, stating that everyone has the right to express their opinion. He concludes that since Rishi no longer wishes to maintain any relationship with Jhanak, the matter should end there.
Rishi reassures Aditi not to stress. Arshi warns him again not to hurt her, while Neelu emphasizes that this is his last chance. Arshi adds that Aditi only expects love and time from him. Rishi, visibly strained, asks if anyone else has more to say.
Back in Simulboni, Parashar admits he cannot understand why Rishi rejected Jhanak and predicts he will regret it. Jhanak remains composed. She says not everyone is destined to love or accept her, and she refuses to dwell on the past. Her focus is now on contributing to the village.
Parashar advises her to completely sever ties. He insists that neither she nor Rishi should contact each other again. Jhanak quietly acknowledges this stance.
Mangal angrily remarks that he would have harmed Rishi if he had come there, but Jhanak rebukes him immediately. Parashar diffuses the tension and asks Sakhi to prepare food for Jhanak.
Left alone with her thoughts, Jhanak resolves internally that she does not want to see Rishi again.
Precap: A teacher plans to invite Rishi to a program organized for Jhanak. On the other side, Aditi assures Rishi that no one can come between them.
