The teacher praises Jhanak’s potential and expresses confidence that she will clear the NEET exam and become a capable doctor. Jhanak, however, admits she feels nervous this time due to the lack of proper guidance during her preparation. Parashar blames himself for not supporting her adequately, while Mangal expresses regret over missing her interview. The teacher reassures him that reporters will be present at the ceremony, giving Jhanak another opportunity.
Elsewhere, tensions rise as Arshi blames Bablu and Anjana for Aditi’s suicide attempt. Anjana defends herself, saying she did not anticipate such a drastic reaction. Arshi accuses them of knowingly hurting Aditi, claiming they wanted Jhanak to replace her in the house. Aniruddh questions her accusations, while Anjana tries to de-escalate by mentioning she brought prasad from the temple.
Aniruddh asks Anjana to visit Rishi’s house, but Arshi refuses to allow it. The argument intensifies until Arshi leaves angrily. Aniruddh later apologizes to Anjana and Bablu on her behalf.
Back in Simulboni, Kanka asserts that Rishi will not attend the ceremony, which irritates Sakhi. Jhanak diffuses the situation and focuses on her teachers’ presence. She confirms she will attend the ceremony but maintains that Rishi may not be able to come due to his responsibilities.
The teacher insists that Rishi could take leave and again asks Jhanak to contact him. Jhanak agrees vaguely. Kanka questions how she can reach out when their relationship has ended. The teacher becomes curious, but Jhanak avoids details, stating that relationships are not everything. She reiterates her goal of becoming a doctor and serving Simulboni.
The teacher suggests pursuing higher studies abroad, but Jhanak rejects the idea, saying her ambitions are rooted in serving her village. Parashar remarks that Nutan would have been proud of her achievements. Jhanak responds emotionally, saying she feels Nutan’s blessings and believes she is watching over her.
The teacher highlights Jhanak as an inspiration for village girls, emphasizing education over early marriage. She again asks for Rishi’s contact details and invites everyone to the ceremony. Jhanak acknowledges her responsibility toward Simulboni and expresses her desire to give back to the community.
Meanwhile, Putul informs Dadabhai that Jhanak is not answering calls. Dadabhai assumes she is upset, while Putul believes she is deeply hurt. Neelu overhears and confronts them, accusing Putul of being unable to tolerate Aditi’s happiness.
Dadabhai advises Neelu not to interfere unnecessarily, but she continues, claiming Putul is wrong and biased. Dadabhai defends Putul, clarifying that she never suggested replacing Aditi with Jhanak. Putul adds that Dadabhai owes his life to Jhanak.
The conflict escalates. Neelu warns Putul not to bring Jhanak back into their household and insists that Rishi deserves a peaceful life with Aditi. She also claims Jhanak does not match their social standing. Putul counters sharply, saying Neelu herself did not match her in-laws’ status initially.
Neelu retaliates by mocking Putul for leaving her marital home. Dadabhai intervenes and asks Neelu to stop, eventually telling her to focus on her own marriage instead of creating conflict.
Later, Jhanak becomes emotional after seeing Rishi’s photograph in a newspaper. Parashar notices and questions her. She dismisses it as an old article and mentions that Rishi once defended Parashar in it.
Parashar asks if she has spoken to Rishi, but Jhanak avoids the question. She shifts focus to his safety, expressing fear for his life. Parashar reassures her, saying nothing will happen to him and recalling how Nutan used to worry in the same way.
Jhanak becomes vulnerable. She admits she has already lost Nutan and cannot bear to lose him too. She emphasizes how important he is to her and asks him to rest. Parashar refuses, stating that her happiness is all that matters to him.
Precap: Jhanak questions Rishi about his sudden arrival in Simulboni. Rishi asks if they can at least remain friends, but Jhanak refuses. Rishi then confesses that he loves her.
