The episode begins with Parashar telling Nutan that the men will handle everything. Nutan replies that she only gave suggestions for their own good, and it is up to them whether to follow them or not. When Moon says she is hungry, Nutan decides to feed her first. Kanka asks if Nutan is upset, while the villagers wonder why she is not joining them. Nutan explains that it is their fight and they need to lead it themselves. Bua scolds Parashar for upsetting Nutan, and Parashar explains that he only wants to protect everyone and respects the change Nutan has brought. Nutan says she simply did what felt right and promises to join them after feeding Moon.
The Bose family gathers to celebrate Anirudh and Arshi’s wedding anniversary. Dadi asks Tanuja about Mimi and Rumi. Tanuja says Rumi is busy with her in-laws and Mimi will arrive late. Shubh says he is proud of Mimi for becoming an IAS officer. Choton mentions that Anirban is still single and asks Bablu about Appu and Lalon.
Vinayak arrives and wishes Anirudh and Arshi on their anniversary. Arshi teases him for finally showing up. Vinayak says people often ask when Shrishti will be released, and Anirudh assures him that no one will ask that here. Vinayak compliments Choton for graduating, and Mrinalini adds that Choton has now started teaching too.
Bablu wonders when Appu and Lalon will arrive. Tanuja says they have become wealthy and that Appu now sings in films. Anjana adds that Appu is happy in her new home. Anirudh talks about a new factory and hospital project in Simpulbuni, explaining that locals are upset, so his company is sending him there. A friend mentions that Anirudh is now a partner in the company.
Choton tells Anirudh to avoid work discussions for the day and asks if he still misses Jhanak after searching for her for five years. Anirudh says no, claiming she does not miss him either. Mrinalini reminds him that Jhanak did what she believed was right. Anirudh admits he has buried himself in work. Choton notes that Arshi seems content, and Anirudh agrees but admits that Arshi knows he still loves Jhanak. He adds that Arshi stays with him because she does not want to lose.
Mimi arrives and wishes the couple a happy anniversary. She and Arshi praise each other, and Mimi says she has missed everyone. Tanuja teases Mimi, asking if she is the reason Anirban is not married yet. Mimi says she has no idea. Bablu asks if she can transfer to Kolkata, but Mimi explains that it is difficult. She invites everyone to her bungalow. Laal agrees, and Dadi reminds him to focus on himself. Mimi asks about Bipasha, and Laal says she only texts when she needs money. Mimi then asks about Appu, and Appu arrives with Lalon. Arshi announces that they will begin the event with Appu’s song.
Meanwhile, Nutan and the women confront Sethji, demanding respect and fair treatment. Nutan declares that they will decide their own corn prices. Sethji refuses and mocks them. Nutan insists that they will sell the corn directly. Sethji threatens her, but she stands firm and demands a fair deal. When Sethji insults her, Nutan grabs his collar. Parashar supports her, saying that the villagers will no longer sell to Sethji. Bua says they never earned enough money from him anyway. Nutan confidently states that she now understands the market and will not let Sethji cheat them again.
