Hemant tells Manini that he cannot understand Yuvan’s behavior toward Niyati. He observes that Yuvan was happy with her in the morning but now doesn’t even want to see her. He says he doesn’t see the same bond between Yuvan and Banni.
Meanwhile, Banni continues video chatting with Yuvan and reassures him that she doesn’t need to be afraid of the power failure as long as a friend like him is with her. Suddenly, Raja and his goons enter Banni’s house. Yuvan senses something is wrong and asks if someone is home. Banni says she doesn’t know since her family is out attending a wedding. Raja hides in the dark and attacks her.
Hemant expresses to Manini that he is unsure if Niyati is right for Yuvan. Manini justifies that until Devraj and Banni are around, Yuvan won’t become self-reliant, and only Niyati can make him independent. She manipulates Hemant emotionally, and he comforts her before leaving for his business trip to London, post-Yuvan and Niyati’s wedding.
Niyati approaches Manini, who warns her that if Hemant doubts her ability to handle Yuvan, she will face dire consequences. She hands a bottle of medicine to Niyati and instructs her to feed it to Yuvan.
Meanwhile, Yuvan worries when his call with Banni disconnects and tells Myra that a ghost must have attacked her. Feeling helpless, he insists Myra take him to Banni’s house. They start walking, but Manini notices and asks where they are going. Myra convinces her that they are just playing and rushes away while Manini is distracted.
Manini notices Niyati holding the medicine and questions why she hasn’t given it to Yuvan yet. Niyati says she was about to, and Manini taunts her about taming Yuvan as Banni did. Myra drives Yuvan away for a “fresh air” drive, while Niyati secretly administers the medicine. Hemant accompanies her, believing she is a psychiatrist, which makes Myra nervous since Niyati lied about her credentials.
Back at Banni’s house, Raja attacks her in the dark. Banni fights back bravely, but Raja throws chili powder on her and continues assaulting her. Yuvan knocks on Banni’s door, asking her to open it. Myra tries to calm him, but Yuvan panics, thinking a ghost took Banni. Banni collapses after Raja hits her head with a rod.
Precap: Yuvan panics while Myra drags him back home. Raja attempts to take advantage of the unconscious and injured Banni.
