Preeta settles her bill at the hospital. The receptionist informs her that Rajveer had promised to pay, but 45% of the bill, amounting to three lakh, is still pending. Karan wonders about Shristhi’s treatment and the financial struggles of the family.
Nidhi, sitting in her room, admires the decoration she has prepared. Feeling excited, she decides to call Karan, but becomes worried when he doesn’t answer. She tells herself she should decorate it even more and gets back to work.
Meanwhile, Karan thinks about how people often say it’s difficult to understand women. He felt he could understand Preeta, but now he realizes he was wrong. He walks up to Preeta, asking why she hid the truth from him. Preeta is surprised to see him there and asks what he wants. She explains she didn’t share anything because even Rajveer doesn’t reveal much—whatever happens in their family stays in their family. Karan raises his voice, asking why she hid everything. Preeta questions why he is yelling. Karan replies that he doesn’t care if she hid the truth about Rajveer, but why didn’t she tell him about Shrishti?
An old lady entering the hospital suddenly loses balance. Both Preeta and Karan rush to help her sit down. The receptionist quickly calls the doctor to the reception. Preeta tells the old lady she has a sprain and offers to treat it, but the lady refuses. Preeta gently insists and begins the treatment. Karan watches her closely, remembering when Bani Dadi was in pain years ago and Preeta treated her as a therapist. He thinks to himself that some of Preeta’s habits will never change.
The doctor arrives and is surprised to see Preeta touching the old lady’s feet, saying even he isn’t allowed to do that, yet Preeta handled her perfectly. Preeta asks the old lady if she feels better, then mentions she works as a therapist. Impressed, the doctor offers her a job at their hospital because they urgently need a skilled therapist. Karan immediately supports the idea, saying he knows Preeta is excellent at her work and that many patients could benefit from her skills. Preeta agrees to join and the doctor asks her to meet him tomorrow.
She thanks Karan for encouraging her, saying that very few people support others genuinely. Karan asks if he was not supportive like this before. Preeta replies that he never said such nice things earlier. She confirms she’ll join from the next day and leaves. Karan thinks Preeta talks to him as if he’s just Rajveer’s boss and nothing more. He feels like something is missing—something he still cannot understand.
Elsewhere, Shaurya questions how Rajveer will prove he didn’t misbehave with Palki. Shanaya asks why Shaurya is so restless and tells him to let Rajveer prove his innocence. Shaurya replies angrily that he cares about Palki, even if Shanaya doesn’t seem bothered. Varun also tells them to calm down, explaining that getting hyper will lead to nothing and they should let Palki and Rajveer handle it.
Palki asks Rajveer what he is trying to say, and he answers that he will definitely prove his innocence. He explains he was locked inside a wardrobe in the guest room and that the place was filled with smoke. He says Palki herself had called him there. Palki is confused, asking what he means. Rajveer then turns to Sandy, telling him to speak the truth. Rajveer assures everyone that he can prove everything through the CCTV footage. They all look up at the camera fixed above the entrance. Sandy becomes nervous while Shaurya is furious. Palki agrees to check the footage and asks them to proceed.
Back at the hospital, Karan meets Manish and asks for the report. Manish tells him to see it himself, unable to hide his smile. Karan slowly opens the envelope, and upon seeing the results, he is shocked—the DNA matches. Overwhelmed, he begins crying and asks Manish if this truly means he and Rajveer are father and son.
Karan sits on a bench, recalling everything Rajveer ever said about the bus accident and how the doctor mentioned that Rajveer begged him not to reveal that he donated blood. His emotions intensify as he remembers the bond he always felt with Rajveer.
He tells Manish that Rajveer has the same qualities as their family—the way he talks, does business, behaves, everything. He remembers the first time he hugged Rajveer, he felt an undeniable connection. Now the DNA test confirms that Rajveer is Rajveer Karan Luthra. Karan wonders why Rajveer hid the truth and what his reason could be. He thanks Manish for helping him and says he will be grateful forever. Karan says he must meet Rajveer immediately and leaves.
Meanwhile, Rajveer waits with Varun. Shanaya tells Palki that Kavya will bring the keys to the CCTV room so they can check everything. Rajveer steps forward, but Shanaya stops him, saying she doesn’t doubt him but wants the footage viewed first. Sandy urges Shaurya to control his nerves because they might get caught. Shaurya worries it could become a huge problem.
Kavya arrives and hands Rajveer the keys. He tells everyone to come with him so they can watch the footage together. Shaurya, panicking, says he has duplicate keys to the monitor room because he sometimes deletes footage. He runs off and Sandy follows him.
At the hospital, the doctor stops Karan, asking if he plans to take Preeta elsewhere for treatment. He explains that Preeta’s condition is not as stable as it seemed. She is weak, and whenever she gets memory flashes, she experiences intense pain and faints. Shocked, Karan listens carefully as the doctor reveals Preeta lost her memory long ago and cannot recall her past. He adds that Karan himself had told him before that Preeta behaves differently these days. The doctor warns him and the entire family never to try forcing Preeta to remember anything, as it could worsen her condition.
After the doctor leaves, Karan starts remembering all the moments when Preeta behaved strangely—especially when she saved Rajveer from the fire and said for the first time that Rajveer is her son. He also recalls seeing them together at the party and Rajveer telling him to ask Preeta.
Filled with urgency and fear, Karan starts running, accidentally bumping into a ward boy. He pushes past and runs out of the hospital.
Meanwhile, Sandy stops Shaurya, asking why he is going in the opposite direction. Shaurya insists he cannot let himself get exposed. Sandy reminds him that running won’t solve anything. Shaurya asks him where the fuse room is and then runs off again.
Kavya and Varun walk toward the monitor room with the rest of the family. Rajveer again tells Palki he did nothing wrong. Palki says she wants to believe him but is deeply hurt by everything. Rajveer vows he will not spare the real culprit.
Shaurya rushes into the guest room with Sandy, instructing him to turn something off in five minutes. He feels relieved that this is his house and he knows every corner. He hurries into the monitor room before anyone else.
When Kavya and the entire family enter the monitor room, they are shocked by what they see.

Shaurya quickly pulls the pen drive from the computer, but as he turns around, he freezes—Kavya enters the monitor room with the entire family. Rajveer immediately rushes to the system to check the CCTV recording, but it’s gone. Shaurya becomes tense, realizing he removed one memory stick but the second one is still attached. He wonders if he took the wrong one and if the real recording is still saved elsewhere. Palki and Kavya are stunned. Kavya says someone followed Shaurya inside the room. Meanwhile, Sandy, after saying a quick prayer, pulls the fuse switch. The lights go out, and Shanaya angrily questions why the power suddenly failed. Rajveer immediately states that someone deliberately cut the electricity.
Outside the hospital, Karan rushes out and sees Preeta trying to hire an auto. He slowly walks toward her while she remains unaware of his presence. Standing beside her, Karan remembers the doctor’s words—Preeta has no memory of her past.
Preeta notices his expression and asks if something is wrong. She wonders if someone from his family is admitted and whether he needs help. Karan lifts his hand as if to touch her but stops midway. Preeta, still worried, urges him to explain what happened. Karan suddenly apologizes. She tries to reassure him and asks if there was an accident or if someone is in critical condition.
Overcome with emotion, Karan hugs Preeta tightly. She is confused but slowly places her hands around him. Karan remembers the first moment he felt her presence at the Luthra Mansion party, their encounter during the fire incident, and all the memories he has suppressed for years. Preeta also recalls the moment when sindoor accidentally fell into her maang.
Seeing Karan’s distress, Preeta gently asks what happened. She tells him he can talk to her openly—she doesn’t belong to his family, so she won’t tell anyone. He can consider her a stranger. Karan, with pain in his voice, says he wishes she were a stranger. Holding her hand, he breaks down again. Preeta quietly asks whom he has lost.
Karan says, “I lost you…” leaving Preeta shocked. Realizing he has spoken too much, he quickly corrects himself and asks if he can drop her home. She agrees. They leave together.
Back at the Luthra Mansion, Sandy worries whether Shaurya’s plan is completed. He wonders when to put everything back into place.
Rajveer points out that the person who left the room was wearing different shoes—his had laces, while the suspect’s shoes were shiny slip-ons. Shaurya walks out and accidentally drops his phone. Pretending confusion, he asks why there’s no light and whether they found any proof. Palki says they did find proof—evidence clearing Rajveer, and now they must determine who danced with her if it wasn’t him. Tension fills the room.
When they reach Preeta’s house, she asks Karan to stop the car. He quickly gets out and opens her door. She stands outside the vehicle, watching him quietly. Karan gently tells Preeta not to worry, promising he will take care of her and Rajveer. She can call him anytime because he is “their own.” He then corrects himself, saying Rajveer is also like his son, so he will handle everything.
Preeta politely says there’s no need—she and Rajveer can manage. Karan insists he won’t go far from them and will always stay close. Preeta listens silently, then begins walking to her house. Karan, unable to control himself, starts crying. She turns and sees tears in his eyes but continues walking with a gentle smile.
Left alone, Karan thinks about running to Rajveer, hugging him, then scolding him for hiding such a massive truth. Every time he came to their house, Rajveer stopped him from getting near Preeta, lying in every interaction. Karan wonders why Rajveer never told him privately. The only thing troubling him now is why Rajveer hid Preeta’s medical condition. Determined, Karan vows to meet Rajveer immediately and demand answers.
At home, Gurpreet opens the door and asks Preeta where she went. Preeta says she visited the hospital because she wanted to meet Shrishti. She explains that the receptionist told her there’s a pending bill for Shrishti. Rajveer has paid a large portion, but a significant amount is still left. Preeta says Shrishti is her sister too, so she wants to help.
She tells Gurpreet she received a job offer from the hospital and plans to assist Rajveer with the expenses. She also mentions that Karan Luthra was at the hospital and surprisingly motivated her to take the job. Preeta says she is educated and capable, so she should work. Gurpreet agrees. Preeta adds that although Karan Luthra offered support with the bills, they don’t need his help—they have their self-respect.
Meanwhile, Palki says someone intentionally created a misunderstanding between her and Rajveer. Varun agrees, saying they saw Rajveer enter the room and then someone else came afterward, which is serious. Kavya is confused. Palki, emotional, apologizes to Rajveer for doubting him. Rajveer tells her not to worry. Whoever planned this succeeded for a moment, but the truth is out now. Still, Rajveer is troubled—who could make such a plan? Everyone stands tense and silent.
Precap:
Shaurya tells Karan, “You always said he is like a son. Now you’ve accepted him as your son. I won’t let you do that.”
Karan shouts back, “He is my blood! He is your elder brother—Rudra Luthra.”
Everyone is stunned.
