Parashar admitted he lied and deserves punishment. He decides to leave the village with Nutan. He reminds Kanka that he once stood by her when she was pregnant with a city man’s child and points out how much Nutan has helped her. Parashar assures Nutan that his gang will protect her in his absence.
Elsewhere, Moon tells Anirudh that Appu is a kind person. Arshi arrives and asks where they went. When Anirudh says they visited Appu, Arshi gets upset, reminding him that Appu doesn’t have much time left and Moon won’t be able to handle her death. An argument breaks out between Arshi and Anirudh.
Tanuja tells Bipasha that Lalon still hasn’t taken Appu to the new doctor. Shubh remarks that Lalon is careless. Bipasha wonders if she should visit Appu, and Tanuja says she can. They hear shouting from Anirudh’s room and rush over, while Bipasha stays on call. Shubh questions why they are arguing in front of Moon. Arshi explains the situation. Bipasha insists that Arshi has every right to be involved in Moon’s life. Anirudh snaps back, saying Bipasha left the house and shouldn’t interfere now.
Moon expresses her desire to go to Nutan. Bipasha questions whether Moon belongs to the family, but Anirudh shuts her down. Feeling unloved, especially by Shubh, Moon is further hurt when Shubh states that she isn’t his child. Anirudh takes Moon away. Arshi questions whether they truly believe Moon isn’t hers. Shubh suggests a DNA test and asks for Arshi’s help since Anirudh won’t agree.
Anuradha asks Lalon to wake Appu and feed her. Lalon goes to her room with Kajol and Anuradha. They panic when they see foam at Appu’s mouth and notice her hands are cold. Kajol checks her pulse and asks for hot water. Lalon breaks down, fearing Appu is gone. Neighbors arrive, and one advises Lalon to inform Appu’s family. Anirudh instructs someone to call a doctor, but Lalon keeps repeating that he can’t believe she’s gone.
Abhijeet drops Ishani at college and urges her to focus on her studies. Ishani says she hopes her friends will understand and promises to work hard to be independent. At college, her friends ask her to stay home for a while due to the village incident. Ishani defends herself, saying she won’t quit.
The teacher arrives, surprised to see Ishani, and asks what happened. Ishani explains everything. The teacher remarks that it all sounds like a movie and questions the molestation reports. Ishani admits she was also shocked. The teacher instructs her to meet the principal.
Later, Parashar brings mangoes and lemons for Nutan. She mentions she has been vomiting and feeling weak. Parashar advises her to eat properly for the baby’s health and asks when she’ll tell Anirudh. Nutan says she won’t tell him—he still believes she’s Parashar’s wife, and she doesn’t want the drama. Parashar asks her to stay in the village and assures her that things will calm down.
