The Episode starts with Parashar noticing that Nutan looks sad after seeing Mimi. Nutan brushes it aside and says Mimi was warm toward her and already knows her. She even calls out to Mimi, who turns and lights up upon seeing her. Mimi hugs Nutan and asks if she lives there. Parashar confirms it, and Mimi assumes that Nutan married him. Nutan gently tells her that if she works sincerely for the villagers, they will treat her like a goddess. Mimi smiles and leaves. Parashar again asks why she seems upset. Nutan finally reveals that Mimi is Anirudh’s sister. He advises her to tell Mimi about her pregnancy, but Nutan says she has not even told Anirudh, so she cannot tell anyone else.
Elsewhere, Kanka visits Bua, who has prepared an herbal kada. Bua makes a sinister remark that the drink could kill Nutan and her unborn child. She cannot believe Nutan is carrying Anirudh’s child and says Parashar is blind to the truth. She declares that she must protect the village from divine anger. Kanka agrees, and they proceed to give Nutan the drink.
Bua urges Nutan to drink it, saying it is good for her and the baby. Nutan hesitates, but Bua insists, pretending to care. Kanka joins her. Nutan grows suspicious when she sees them exchanging glances. She senses something is wrong. Bua pressures her again, and Nutan finally takes the glass. Bua and Kanka watch intently as she drinks it, and Nutan’s uneasiness increases. She finishes the drink while observing them closely.
At the same time, Ambika tells Abhijeet that Ishani still has not come out of her room. Abhijeet says he is tired of people at work questioning him about her. He asks Ambika what they should do next, but she is overwhelmed and helpless. She wonders how she will give a normal life to Adrika and Aarav. Abhijeet reassures her that time will heal everything.
Soon, Adrika and Aarav walk in and ask for breakfast. Adrika says her file is in Ishani’s room, but the door is locked. Aarav defends Ishani. Abhijeet knocks and asks her to at least open the door. Ambika believes she is simply upset. The family pleads with her to come out. Aarav climbs through the window and unlocks the door, only to find Ishani unconscious. Everyone is shocked.
At Lalon’s house, Bipasha arrives and says she heard about Appu. Anuradha points out she never visited when Appu was alive. Bipasha admits it and says she has changed. She came to pay her respects and tells Lalon she understands his pain. She calls Appu fortunate to have had him and tells him not to drown in grief because Appu would never want that. She encourages him to sing for her.
Anuradha confesses she feels only emptiness without Appu and manages to eat only because Kajol cooks. Bipasha tells her to stay strong and says she has learned her lesson from the consequences of her past. Anuradha suggests she reconnect with Laal, but Bipasha says it is no longer possible because they are legally separated.
Before leaving, Bipasha says she only came to meet them. Lalon invites her for the pooja the next day. She agrees, saying she wants to apologize to Appu. Kajol asks her to stay longer because her presence brings comfort, but Bipasha says the Bose family might not like her around. Kajol mentions that Laal comes in the evenings. Anuradha asks her to keep visiting. Bipasha leaves quietly.
Back at Nutan’s house, she finishes the kada. Bua and Kanka look pleased. Rani and Pool arrive, and Rani asks what she is drinking. Nutan says Bua gave it to her and said everyone else had it too. But Pool says she never drank anything. Nutan starts coughing. Rani wonders if Pool is unwell, but Kanka smirks. Suddenly, Nutan collapses.
Precap: Mimi tells Anirudh that the villagers gave poison to Nutan. Parashar asks the doctor about her condition, and the doctor says it is too soon to say anything.
