Surjo’s sister warn him to drive slowly, as he hasn’t driven in two years. Surjo feels an unusual force controlling the car and comments that it seems like someone else is driving. His sister wonders if the ghost of Shaoli is nearby.
A flashback shows Shaoli confronting Surjo, asking why he is in such a hurry when he could walk slowly. Surjo reminds her that many patients are waiting for him, but Shaoli insists he came to the temple because she wanted him there. She tells him he must perform the pooja properly. Surjo questions when she began taking interest in rituals, and Shaoli mentions that his mother had predicted that his first marriage would not succeed. Surjo laughs, dismissing such superstitions.
Shaoli warns that her horoscope suggests danger on their wedding day, and she cannot ignore it. She asks what Surjo would do if she died. Surjo responds lightly, saying he would marry someone else. Shaoli grabs his collar, declaring that if she dies, she will sit on his shoulder as a ghost forever, and he will never be rid of her. Surjo stubbornly says he does not believe in ghosts and will not die for her.
Back in the present, Surjo’s sister urges him to focus and offers to sit in the front seat, but Surjo refuses. She notices that an accident is about to occur and screams. Surjo struggles to control the car.
At the temple, Noyontara recalls the words of the mysterious woman who asked for help. She notices black-colored liquid approaching the betel leaf mentioned by the mysterious woman as a warning about Surjo. Acting quickly, Noyontara saves the betel leaf.
Surjo stops the car on the road and instructs his sister to book a cab, insisting that he cannot control the car. His sister warns him about the Shaoli ghost. Surjo admits he feels guilty and tells her to leave for her own safety. She reminds him of all the lives Doctor Surjo has saved. Surjo reflects on the past accident involving Shaoli, remembering how he intended to operate and save her. Shaoli, however, accused him of trying to kill her.
His sister reminds Surjo that Shaoli would have survived if she had trusted him to operate on her that day. Surjo wonders why she did not trust him. They get back into the car, and she reminds him that the accident happened on the bridge.
Meanwhile, Noyontara prays to God, asking about Surjo’s identity and location. Dida is cleaning the temple floor when Noyontara stops her, sensing that something bad may happen to Surjo. She explains that the mysterious woman from her vision seemed similar to the one in her dream.
Elsewhere, Surjo’s father faces criticism for letting Surjo drive. He defends himself, saying that two years have been enough to mourn, and lashes out at his stepmother. Surjo recalls Shaoli blaming him for her accident, insisting he never intended to harm her. Suddenly, Shaoli appears beside him, causing Surjo to feel shocked and confused.
Precap: Noyontara contemplates how to save Surjo and prays to God, promising to sacrifice her most treasured possession if he is protected. Meanwhile, Shaoli demands that Surjo tell the truth, just as he notices the bridge collapsing and questions whether he is hallucinating.
