Tejas demands the largest room in the house, insisting he deserves it because he is the eldest son. Paresh is amused and tells him that if he wants such a room, he should build it himself. Tejas immediately backs down when Paresh says he must spend his own money on it.
At that moment, Sachin arrives and suggests hiring a housemaid to help Sayali, who has been managing all the household work alone. Neither Riya nor Roshni helps her, and both Renuka and Tejas dismiss Sayali’s workload just because she runs a small business.
Riya and Akash fully support Sachin’s idea and promise to contribute financially toward hiring a maid. Roshni doesn’t find the suggestion important and claims Sayali is simply creating unnecessary drama. Renuka also taunts Sayali for wanting leisure time, while Tejas declares he won’t contribute a single rupee.
Sachin becomes angry and reminds everyone that if Sayali doesn’t finish the household chores on time, none of them will reach their offices on time. Finally, Paresh steps in and decides that every family member will contribute to hiring a maid.
Renuka refuses to understand Sayali’s situation. She later talks to Riya, trying to convince her that Sayali is exaggerating the issue. Riya firmly opposes her mother-in-law, supporting the idea of a housemaid and pointing out how Sayali’s growing business deserves respect. Renuka’s biased comments frustrate Riya, who openly appreciates Sayali’s bright future.
Later, Sayali notices a girl suspiciously following her in the marketplace and mistakes her for a thief. In reality, the girl is seeking a job as a maid in the Deshmukh household. When Sayali realizes the misunderstanding, she apologizes and discusses her salary. She brings the girl home and introduces her to the family. Renuka immediately disapproves of the girl, Manjari, because of her appearance.
Sayali then asks Manjari to demonstrate her skills so everyone can judge her efficiency. Renuka, however, keeps doubting her and suspects she may be involved in unethical activities.
Precap: Renuka discovers that Manjari cannot even make tea. She tells Sayali to teach her everything, saying Manjari’s mistakes will be Sayali’s responsibility.
