Anjali hands Raghav his outfit and asks him to wear it. Raghav is surprised to see Anjali in a saree, commenting that instead of carrying law books, she’s holding clothes. Anjali responds that one should never confront a lion while it’s roaming freely in the jungle. She adds that the lion has entered the cage willingly and can leave it whenever it wants.
Sadhika arrives and questions how Anjali can speak to Raghav in such a manner. She remarks that Anjali has become so accustomed to arguing in court that she now argues with her father-in-law. Anjali replies that it was Raghav who initiated the argument. She emphasizes that she is only taking part in the wedding for Mehek’s sake; otherwise, she would have never participated.
Meanwhile, Padma confronts Prakash about who he is. Prakash Tripathi introduces himself, recalling that he burned his wife to ashes and threatens that he, Yuvraj, and Chandraman will harm her too. He knocks Padma unconscious using chloroform and takes her away. Sapna witnesses this and chases after Prakash in an auto.
Gaurav approaches Raghav, acknowledging that Anjali is fulfilling all her duties as a daughter-in-law and that Raghav must give her the respect she deserves. He then sarcastically comments that Raghav will be famous for choosing someone like Yuvraj for Mehek.
Gini tells Gaurav to stop rubbing salt in the wounds and informs Raghav that the press has arrived; she made them sit downstairs. Gini adds that today’s headline will depict Anjali as if she is “marrying off her sister-in-law to Yuvraj,” questioning her integrity. Raghav then goes to get ready.
Meanwhile, Sapna tries calling Anjali, but Bhajan answers the phone. Thinking he is speaking to Anjali, Sapna informs him that Padma has been abducted. Bhajan remains silent, cuts the call, and turns off the phone. Sanya walks in and questions Bhajan about his actions. He replies that he is looking for Raghav. Sanya informs him that Raghav is welcoming Yuvraj. Upon hearing this, Bhajan quickly leaves. Sanya grows suspicious, noticing Anjali’s phone and wondering about Bhajan’s intentions.
Yuvraj requests Sadhika to allow Anjali to perform his Aarti. Gini agrees and suggests that Sadhika fulfill Yuvraj’s wish, adding a remark about the situation.
