The episode opens with Anjali firmly demanding that Rupa Rani reveal what truly happened on the day Padma was attacked. Rupa Rani pretends ignorance and attempts to walk away, but Anjali’s friends block her path. Making her stance clear, Anjali warns that she will not be allowed to leave until she speaks the truth.
Trying to intimidate her, Rupa Rani boasts about her powerful connections. She claims she has direct links with a police inspector and Chandrabhan Thakur, insisting that Anjali should not interfere. She even mentions that she has already spoken to Chandrabhan Thakur. Unbeknownst to her, Anjali discreetly records the entire conversation as evidence.
Feigning calm, Anjali repeats Chandrabhan Thakur’s name and informs Rupa Rani that she now has video proof, which will be submitted in court at the right moment. Realising the danger, Rupa Rani quickly leaves. The colony residents ask Anjali about her next move, to which she replies that everything depends on Padma’s recovery—only then will she confront her directly.
Meanwhile, a nurse informs Nurse Ratna that a senior doctor has summoned her. Although Ratna insists she must administer antibiotics first, the nurse volunteers to handle it and urges her to go. Once Ratna leaves, Chandrabhan’s henchman, with the nurse’s assistance, secretly replaces Padma’s medicine.
When Ratna returns, she grows suspicious and questions the nurse, revealing that no one had actually called her. She then takes the medicine and heads toward Padma’s room. At the same time, Chandrabhan’s henchman calls him and confidently states that Padma will die within minutes. Smiling coldly, Chandrabhan believes Padma’s chapter is finished and that Raghav will be next.
Unaware of the danger, Nurse Ratna prepares to add the injection to the saline. Just then, Anjali intervenes and asks her to recheck the injection against the doctor’s prescription. Although Ratna insists it is correct, Anjali pushes her to verify it again. Upon checking, Ratna realises the dosage is lethal and could have killed Padma instantly.
A shocked Anjali questions Ratna about the source of the injection. Ratna explains that she had come only to give antibiotics and has no idea how the medicine was altered.
Furious, Anjali immediately calls Pankaj and questions the level of security assigned to Padma. When Pankaj asks what went wrong, Anjali reveals that there was no police guard outside Padma’s room and that she narrowly prevented a fatal injection. Pankaj is left stunned.
Expressing her deep disappointment, Anjali tells Pankaj that she never expected such negligence from him, accusing him of compromising his principles. Enraged, Pankaj fires back, saying she has no right to question his integrity and even threatens legal action against her. Anjali sharply rebukes him, refusing to back down.
