Banni questions Yuvan about why he hid the promise he made to his mother from her. Yuvan explains that since she is a new bride, he did not want to burden her. Banni tells him that they are one and that their happiness and sadness are shared, so he should never hide anything from her. Yuvan agrees. He notices that Banni is hurt and applies ointment to her wounds. He apologizes for hurting her and calls himself a bad husband.
Banni reassures Yuvan, telling him that he is a good husband. She apologizes for not wearing his mother’s dress and says that she will wear it. Yuvan worries that people downstairs might laugh at her, as he failed in his responsibility as a husband. He says people laughing at him is acceptable, but it is wrong in her case. Banni says it is wrong to laugh at anyone and shares that it hurts her deeply when people mock their relationship. She recalls Viraj and Charmi’s performance and decides to ensure that Yuvan gets his rightful respect and position in the family.
Manini tries to stitch a moon symbol similar to the one on Yuvan’s shirt. She hurts herself while stitching but refuses to stop. Charmi tells Viraj that she does not understand how they will control Yuvan anymore since Banni is removing all his fears. Manini recognizes the moon symbol and smiles while looking at the album. Meanwhile, Banni instructs the servants to place the food she prepared on the dining table. Brinda asks why she cooked so much. Banni replies that she prepared dishes according to everyone’s preferences and then goes to get ready.

Everyone feels happy seeing their favorite dishes and wonders where the food was ordered from. Brinda tells them it is from Banni’s kitchen. Some family members doubt the taste. Devraj asks them to eat first and judge later. Alapana accuses Banni of trying to impress them through sycophancy. Banni firmly states that she follows her own style, not sycophancy. She enters with Yuvan, wearing Vandana’s jewellery and dress. She makes Alapana wear her goggles and asks her to see things from Banni’s perspective. Manini questions why Banni exhausted herself when servants are available. Banni replies that she is Yuvan’s wife. Devraj agrees and calls Banni the Annapurna of the house. Banni asks for Hemant and requests Palak to call him. Palak initially refuses, but Manini orders her to go.
Banni stops Viraj from sitting and announces that Yuvan will eat with them. Viraj calls it nonsense. Banni declares that Yuvan is an important member of the family and holds a 50 percent share in the family name, making him the king of the house. She openly mocks Viraj and Charmi. Devraj smiles proudly. Manini accuses Banni of overacting. Banni responds that she is following Manini’s method because love failed to make them understand. She warns everyone that Yuvan must be respected the same way Manini is respected. Banni takes a hat from Shankar and forces Viraj to wear it. Viraj angrily throws it away. Banni tells him that although he constantly hurts Yuvan, Yuvan still respects and loves everyone. From now on, it is Viraj’s responsibility to return that respect and love.
Precap: Banni asks Yuvan to eat, but he silences her. He goes to Manini, hugs her happily, and calls her mom. Banni and Devraj are shocked.
