Indu states that she is aware her mother arrived at the wrong time, but that does not give anyone the right to speak disrespectfully. She firmly adds that Sunita is not wrong. Ritesh questions whether Indu truly believes it is right for Sunita to come to their house and take jewellery from the temple idol. Indu admits the timing was inappropriate and apologizes on her mother’s behalf. She suggests discussing the matter calmly the next day and pleads with Sunita to return the jewellery. Sunita refuses outright and calls Indu foolish for asking her to return jewellery she bought for her daughter’s marriage.

Ritesh is stunned and asks what she means. He questions whether the jewellery was meant for Indu’s second marriage and bluntly asks if Indu is a divorcee. Sunita angrily shouts that her daughter is not divorced and is still unmarried. Kaamna feels delighted and tells Sameer that everything is going according to her wishes. Ritesh recalls Vivek’s earlier lie and demands to know why Indu deceived him. Indu remains silent, while Sunita becomes upset with her for not clearing the misunderstanding earlier.
Ritesh loses his temper and yells at Indu. She firmly says that the issue is about the jewellery, not her personal life, and asks him to focus on that. Jignesh arrives, and Ritesh tries to take the jewellery from Sunita, but she refuses. Ritesh asks Jignesh to examine the jewellery and confirm whether it is the same set Kaamna had given for polishing. Jignesh confirms it is and adds that he brought the receipt with him. Kaamna quickly dismisses the matter, says the receipt is unnecessary, and sends Jignesh away.
At home, Vivek is shocked when Asha informs him that Indu and Sunita are at Ritesh’s house. He decides to go there immediately, but Asha asks him to wait a little longer. Reluctantly, Vivek agrees. Back at the Malhotra mansion, Sunita says she does not believe the jeweller, pointing out that he has worked for them for years and may be saying what he was told.
Ritesh explains that Vivaan called the jeweller in front of everyone and insists that no one influenced him. He questions why Sunita is still accusing them. Sunita remains firm and declares that the jewellery belongs to her, purchased for Indu’s wedding, and she is leaving with it. Sameer steps forward and blocks her way.
Shocked to see him standing in her path, Sunita freezes. Ritesh warns her to return the jewellery or he will call the police. Indu angrily questions why he is threatening her mother. Sameer mocks Sunita, accusing her of theft and justifying the police threat. Indu warns Sameer not to call her mother a thief, but he continues to provoke her.
Sunita declares that she is ready to face any consequences and will not leave without her jewellery. Ritesh closes his eyes to calm himself, then asks Sameer to step aside. He coldly remarks that they can consider the jewellery as charity given to someone who cannot afford it. Indu is deeply hurt and warns Ritesh not to insult her mother. Ritesh responds that he is only stating facts and reminds her that he helped repay Satish’s debt as well. Indu sternly warns him not to cross his limits.
Ritesh then asks whose daughter Zoon is, since Indu is unmarried. Indu is left stunned and speechless. Kaamna claims that Rahul knows the truth and urges him to speak. Ritesh questions Rahul about why he hid this information. Kaamna pretends concern and says she stopped Rahul from revealing the truth to protect Ritesh. Rahul admits that he overheard Sunita saying Zoon is not Indu’s biological daughter and that she has not been legally adopted. Indu silently breaks down in tears. Ritesh asks if this is true. Sunita openly declares that Zoon is an orphan.
Indu begs her mother not to involve Zoon, but Sunita refuses and explains that Zoon’s biological mother gave birth on a bus and abandoned her with Indu. She adds that because of Indu, Zoon has a family today. Everyone is left shocked. Ritesh cruelly taunts Indu, accusing her of pretending to be a mother and claiming that Zoon longs for a father’s love because Indu is irresponsible. Furious, Indu slaps Ritesh and firmly declares that he has no right to question her motherhood. She asserts that Zoon is her daughter and always will be.
Enraged, Ritesh vows to separate Zoon from Indu, claiming the child deserves better. Indu challenges him and says she will never let that happen. She places the jewellery back under the idol and tells Ritesh to keep it in exchange for clearing her debt. She then leaves with Sunita, while Ritesh stands watching in silence.
Precap: Kaamna vows not to rest until she destroys Indu’s happiness. Indu declares she will never allow anyone to take her daughter away. Ritesh tells Rahul that he will snatch Zoon from Indu. Later, Ritesh arrives at Indu’s house with others, pushes her aside, and forcibly takes Zoon, leaving Indu shattered.
