Noyontara asks Vinoth to take her to Surjo’s hospital immediately. She tells him that she knows he is Ashalata’s son but assures him that she will not reveal this secret to anyone. At the hospital, Shayon asks Surjo whether Noyontara is fine. Surjo replies that Noyontara is always behind him, constantly claiming that she must protect him. He adds that she has immense patience. Hearing this, Shayon mutters that Surjo, who once accused Noyontara of betrayal, is now praising her endurance.

On the way, Noyontara urges Vinoth to drive faster. However, Vinoth struggles to drive as Shaoli’s spirit appears. Noyontara questions why Shaoli’s spirit has appeared. The spirit reveals that she overheard Noyontara’s confession of love to Surjo. Noyontara asks Vinoth to wait in the car and steps out. Shaoli’s spirit confronts her, demanding how she dared to confess her love when Surjo belongs to her. Noyontara responds that true love saves lives and never kills anyone. She requests Shaoli’s spirit to help her save Surjo’s life.
Shaoli’s spirit coldly says she will support Lata if necessary. Noyontara accuses Lata of killing Shaoli, but the spirit dismisses it, claiming she does not care. She accuses Noyontara of trying to prove Surjo’s innocence only to win his love. Noyontara firmly states that her love is not selfish. She gets back into the car and again urges Vinoth to drive fast.
At the hospital, Gurudev’s thug mixes poison into Surjo’s coffee and hands it to Rajesh. Meanwhile, Noyontara arrives and asks the receptionist about Surjo. She is told to wait, but she grows restless, sensing danger. A dead bride spirit appears and warns her that death is roaming nearby. Noyontara begs the spirit for help. The dead bride shows her a glimpse of the future, leaving Noyontara terrified. She rushes inside as Gurudev’s thug notices her presence.
Rajesh hands the coffee to Surjo, who is about to drink it when Noyontara’s scream stops him. Shayon also hears her voice. They notice Noyontara frantically searching for Surjo. She reaches him and insists on speaking privately. Shayon allows them space and walks away.
Elsewhere, Lalita permanently removes the mole from her body. She calls Gurudev and demands that the thug send her a video call of Surjo’s suffering. Gurudev tells her to return home and rest. Soon after, he receives a call from his thug and learns that Noyontara has reached the hospital.
Back at the hospital, Surjo reminds Noyontara that this is his workplace and asks her to leave. As he reaches for the coffee, Noyontara snatches the mug and walks out, throwing the coffee away. Furious, Surjo accuses her of crossing limits and demands his coffee back. Noyontara hands him the mug and is shocked to see coffee still inside it. At that moment, Shaoli’s spirit warns her that the coffee contains poison and that Surjo will die if he drinks it.
Noyontara desperately begs Surjo not to drink the coffee, but he insists that he will. She snatches the mug again and reminds him that he saved her sister’s marriage and holds a godlike place in her life. She declares that she cannot allow him to die and drinks the poisoned coffee herself. Shaoli’s spirit watches in shock.
Precap: Shayon informs Surjo that the poison is extremely dangerous and that he will try to find an antidote. Gurudev tells Lata that Noyontara changed the entire game by drinking the poison. Surjo carries Noyontara and promises that he will not let anything happen to her. He asks her to give him one chance to set everything right.
