Yuvraj tells Bhajan that everyone knows about Aman and Anjali’s accident. He recounts that Aman died and Anjali was critically injured, and everyone believed their daughter was dead. Yuvraj questions Bhajan about how Aarti can be so sure it was murder. He admits he is the one who killed Aman and caused Anjali’s paralysis. Bhajan is shocked. Yuvraj claims someone must have seen him or his men at the hospital, which is why Aarti is convinced it was murder, and that person must have spread the word that Aarti was dead.

Laal warns Aarti to keep secret that Ganesh heard the voice of the person who tried to kill him, or else Ganesh could be in danger. Aarti asks who might harm him, but Laal does not know.
Yuvraj explains that he stayed abroad for 21 years because he killed Aman and tried to kill Aarti, returning now under the pretense of caring for his parents. He plans to marry Mehek, but intends to play a game against Aarti first. Bhajan asks what he is planning.
Laal cautions Aarti that someone from the Rajput family, Chandraman, Yuvraj, or Prakash Tripathi may attack her or her family. Aarti vows she will not allow any harm to come to her family.
Padma prepares to take Anjali to the hospital, but Yuvraj’s goons attack her. Aarti intervenes, fights off the goons, and demands to know who sent them. One goon claims it was Raghav Singh Rajput. Yuvraj observes, planning to exploit the coming conflict between Raghav and Aarti. He also reveals he will be engaged to Mehek on Janmashtami, leaving no loose ends this time.
Aarti calls Raghav, accusing him of sending the goons. Raghav denies it, insisting Anjali is paralyzed and he has no reason to harm her. Aarti insists the goons admitted he sent them. Raghav denies it again, tells her not to call, and leaves.
Abhay asks Raghav who called. Raghav explains Aarti called him “grandfather” and thinks she can sway him emotionally, which he refuses. He mentions losing his son because of Anjali, and that he does not know if anyone actually attacked her. Mehek questions how he can be certain anyone attacked Anjali since everyone thought it was an accident. Raghav says he doesn’t know and leaves.
Mehek tells Abhay that she is sure Raghav knows something about the accident. Abhay urges her not to dwell on it and reminds her about her engagement to Yuvraj on Janmashtami. Mehek insists she will only go through with the engagement if Anjali and Aarti are present.
Ved thinks about Aarti. Kali brings him tea, but Ved angrily rejects it, asking why she brought it and if she knows his preferences. He tells Kali that although Aarti may know such details, she will never be Aarti, as his heart belongs only to her.
Precap: Aarti informs Ved about the truck that hit Aman and Anjali’s car. She says it is from Kusumganj and asks him to investigate the owner. Ved discovers it belongs to Uday Rajyavanshi, shocking him. Aarti calls Pankaj to contact Uday about the truck. Uday claims the vehicle was stolen two days before the accident, and his lawyer at the time was Raghav Singh Rajput.
