Yuvraj forces Sunita to call Ganesh. He speaks to Ganesh and asks whether, 21 years ago, he had seen the man who claimed to have killed Aman, paralyzed Anjali, and threatened to kill their daughter as well. Ganesh replies that he had only heard the man’s voice.
The memory unsettles Ganesh. He recognizes the same voice from 21 years ago, the one that had vowed to kill Aarti. Realizing the truth, he searches the house for Aarti but cannot find her. Yuvraj senses that Ganesh has identified him. He returns the phone to Sunita, warns her not to reveal anything about him, and leaves.

Aarti arrives and questions Sunita about the visitor. Sunita explains that an old man wearing a hat and a cervical collar had come asking about Aarti. She adds that he threatened her and forced her to call Ganesh.
Soon after, Ganesh calls Aarti and asks about her whereabouts. She informs him that she is at the hospital. Ganesh tells her that the man who threatened to kill her 21 years ago had called from Sunita’s phone. Aarti asks if he is certain. Ganesh confirms it. Determined to uncover the truth, Aarti requests Sunita’s help in checking the hospital CCTV footage. Sunita agrees.
Meanwhile, Ved sees Kali about to wear the necklace he once gifted to Aarti. He stops her and says she cannot wear it because it symbolizes his love for Aarti. Kali argues that she is his wife and has every right to wear it. Ved responds that she may be his wife, but she is not his love, and asks her to choose another necklace. Kali insists on wearing it, claiming Aarti gifted it to her. When Ved refuses, Kali decides to call Aarti.
At the hospital, Aarti and Sunita review the CCTV footage. Sunita identifies the old man on the screen. His face is not visible, which frustrates Aarti, but she captures images from the footage. She silently vows to track him down wherever he is hiding.
Kali calls Aarti and complains that Ved snatched the necklace from her. Ved attempts to take the phone, but Kali stops him, saying she does not want him speaking to his first love. Ved tells her to be quiet and questions Aarti about why she gave the necklace to Kali, reminding her that he had given it to her out of love.
Kali takes back the phone and tells Aarti that although she is married to Ved, he has never given her the rights of a wife because he still loves Aarti. She says Ved has painted Aarti’s portrait but never hers. She wants to live happily with her husband and asks Aarti not to come between them.
Ved argues that Kali does not understand how much Aarti has sacrificed for her. Aarti, holding back her emotions, assures them she will not interfere. She asks Ved to let Kali wear the necklace as a promise of his love, so she does not feel inferior. Ved reluctantly agrees, and Aarti ends the call.
With a heavy heart, Ved recalls the moment he had lovingly gifted the necklace to Aarti, before placing it around Kali’s neck. Aarti also breaks down quietly. After Ved leaves, Kali resolves that one day she will win his love.
A nurse notices Aarti’s sadness and asks what is wrong. Aarti replies that a guest entered her life, but she gave him away as a gift to someone else.
Elsewhere, Vaibhav asks Raghav about the decorations. Sadhika credits Abhay, but Abhay says the arrangements would not have been possible without Vaibhav and Sadhika’s support. Sadhika teases them. Vaibhav remarks that something auspicious is happening in the house after 21 years. Although satisfied with the preparations, Raghav admits he is worried about one thing. When asked, he reveals his concern is Anjali Awasthi and her daughter Aarti.
Precap: Aarti and Anjali arrive at the Rajput mansion. Aarti accuses the Rajput family of taking away her mother’s rights while celebrating her daughter’s wedding. She warns both the Rajput and Thakur families that she will send them all to jail. Ved asks her to stop, saying she has already broken her relationship with him and is now attempting to stop this engagement as well. Aarti firmly declares that she will not allow the wedding to happen.
