Ved approaches Chandrakant, stating that one of their business vehicles caused Aman’s death and left Anjali paralyzed. Chandrakant tells him to ask his uncle, but Ved insists he is searching for the responsible driver. Yuvraj questions why Ved is digging into the past. Ved explains that he wants to give Aarti the truth behind Aman’s death, as Kali did not leave him as agreed, revealing their plan was a trap. He vows to uncover the driver who caused Anjali’s vegetative state for 21 years.
Yuvraj calls Kali, complaining about Ved disturbing the post-wedding rituals. Kali asks him to hand the phone to Ved and warns him to stop investigating or face trouble. Ved refuses to back down, reminding them that Raghav took over half of the signed papers, and Kali was supposed to leave his life so that Aarti could be with him. Since she didn’t, he demands either Aarti’s presence in his life or the name of the person responsible for Aman’s death. He cuts the call and tells Chandrakant he will not stop until he uncovers the truth. Yuvraj threatens him, but Ved asserts he fears no one and that he will do anything for Aarti, then leaves.
Rati asks Yuvraj why no one has visited home. Yuvraj replies that no one has and leaves. Later, Yuvraj receives a call from ACP Pankaj, who reminds him that he was investigating Aman’s murder but was removed from the case by a superior. Yuvraj tries to dismiss him due to his first night, but Pankaj informs him that a police complaint has been filed by his wife. Chandraman asks for details, and Pankaj confirms the complainant is Padma Thakur, whose lawyer is formidable. He warns Raghav to bring Mehek home and ensure no rituals occur, or the Thakur family will face consequences.
The Thakur family informs Raghav about the complaint. Raghav calls Pankaj, who confirms that Padma filed the case and refuses to reveal the lawyer. He instructs Raghav to bring Mehek home and prevent any rituals from happening.
Precap: Mehek goes to the Awasthi house to confront Padma, upset that she filed a court case claiming Yuvraj is already married. Raghav questions Padma about her demands. Padma asserts her right and instructs him to find her lawyer, vowing to uncover Aman’s killer.
