Leela tells Hasmuk that Dhanteras and Choti Diwali have passed, but Anupama and Rahi haven’t returned. She complains that Anupama doesn’t care about them, which is why she is missing Rahi’s first Diwali after marriage.
Preet, Sarita, and Bharti make a rangoli, and Hasmuk praises their work. Preet asks Leela why she seems upset. Leela says she misses Anupama and worries whether Ansh will celebrate Diwali with them or at the Kothari house.

Pakhi remarks that Anupama and Rahi have a habit of creating drama, while Preet counters that Pakhi has a habit of spitting venom.
Anupama returns and surprises the Shahs. She is further shocked to see Bharti walking. Bharti thanks Anupama and the dance ranis for her recovery.
Parag tells Rahi he is happy to see her, and Khyati meets Rahi. Prem says he also wants to meet Rahi. Rahi is shocked to see Ansh and Prarthana together. Prem worries about how Rahi will react to Gautam’s return.
Meanwhile, Gautam exercises, and Mahi is mesmerized. Gautam thanks Mahi and tries to win her heart. Mahi has clearly fallen for Gautam.
Anupama notices Ishani and asks why she is still there. Ishani replies that the Diwali holidays are still on, raising Anupama’s suspicion.
Elsewhere, Meeta asks Mahi why she changed her dress. Mahi thinks she wanted to match Gautam’s outfit and lies that her dress got ruined.
Rahi questions Ansh about staying at the Kothari mansion. Khyati explains that Ansh is supporting Prarthana. Rahi is stunned to see Gautam and confronts the family. Vasundhara reveals it was her decision to bring Gautam back. Prem and Parag ask Rahi to freshen up and discuss matters later.
Mahi asks Gautam to join her for a video conference.
Leela asks Anupama for pictures with Rahi, but Anupama says she didn’t click any because she was living in the moment. Paritosh informs Anupama that he has joined a restaurant and promises not to disappoint her, which makes Anupama happy.
The Kotharis gather for prayers. In Mahi’s dream, Meeta asks for whom she dressed up, and Mahi names Gautam, prompting Vasundhara to slap her. Back in reality, Rahi performs the puja.
Leela tries to stop Anupama from returning to Mumbai. Preet and Sarita remind her that Anupama must prepare for the international dance competition. Preet asks Leela not to emotionally blackmail Anupama, and Leela fires the same taunt back.
Meanwhile, Rahi is shocked to learn more about Gautam’s return. Prem asks her to relax and focus on other matters. Rahi notices Pari looking tense. Pari confides that Raja has changed and may be having an affair, alerting Rahi, who insists Prem can’t betray her.
Precap: The Shahs and the Kotharis celebrate Govardhan Puja. Vasundhara asks Anupama to return. Anupama spots Gautam and Mahi together. Prarthana asks Anupama to protect Mahi.
