Banni searches for Yuvan in the hospital and asks the Nurse if he has seen him. The Nurse informs her that Yuvan is on the lawn. Banni thanks him and walks there. She sees someone from behind and assumes he is Yuvan, but soon realizes her mistake and apologizes. Agastya notices her distress and asks if she is fine.

Banni, emotional, asks Agastya what will happen if Yuvan forgets her after the surgery. She says they became one from the moment they met. She adds that she will remember every moment, but she cannot bear the pain if Yuvan forgets everything. She breaks down in tears. Agastya realizes that Banni deeply loves Yuvan, even if she has not fully acknowledged it. He gently holds her hand and encourages her to think positively. He says the surgery can cure Yuvan and help him live a normal life, just as she always wanted. Banni agrees. At that moment, Yuvan sees Agastya holding Banni’s hand and misunderstands their closeness. Agastya wipes Banni’s tears.
Yuvan approaches them and asks Banni why she is crying. Banni lies and says she is missing her mother. She suggests they go to her house to eat. Later, at home, Banni serves food to Yuvan. He takes the plate, saying he can eat on his own. Both silently hide their pain. Banni tries to go near Yuvan, but Agastya stops her. Banni says this is the first time Yuvan is eating alone. Yuvan, meanwhile, thinks he is learning to live without Banni. Agastya tells Banni that Yuvan’s normal behavior is a positive sign, and since the Doctor advised not to stop the medicines suddenly, they must stay patient. Banni agrees and tells him she called Devraj there because it was risky to discuss the matter elsewhere.
At home, Manini notices that Yuvan has not returned and left without his phone. She becomes suspicious and wonders where Banni took him. During the meal, Agastya eats a mirchi. Watching him, Yuvan also eats mirchi. Banni warns him that it is too spicy, but Yuvan ignores her and eats it anyway. He coughs, and Banni quickly tries to help him. She offers him kheer, but Yuvan refuses. He drinks water instead.
Yuvan then tells Banni to stop making kheer for him. Banni becomes emotional. When curry spills on Yuvan’s shirt, Banni tries to help clean it, but Yuvan refuses her help and walks away. Agastya comforts Banni and tells her not to take Yuvan’s behavior seriously. Banni confesses her fear that Yuvan might forget her completely after the surgery. Agastya reassures her that her love and care will make Yuvan remember her. Banni smiles slightly. From a distance, Yuvan watches them, feeling hurt. Agastya feels guilty and conflicted seeing their pain.
Soon, Devraj arrives at Banni’s house and asks if everything is alright. He asks about Yuvan. Banni tells him that Yuvan went to wash his hands and reveals the truth about the surgery and its risks. Devraj becomes concerned and wants to contact the Doctor, but Banni stops him, saying their plan must remain secret.
Meanwhile, Yuvan, using Banni’s phone, calls Manini. Manini questions him about his location. Yuvan lies and says he went for a medical checkup related to the Rockstar competition. Manini becomes suspicious and asks about Agastya and Banni. Yuvan, heartbroken, tells her she was right. Banni and Agastya look happy together. Manini reinforces his insecurity by saying Agastya is a real man, unlike him.
Finally, Yuvan, devastated, declares that he has decided to leave Banni and go far away from her life.
Precap: Yuvan writes a goodbye note for Banni and leaves the house. Manini plans to make Banni feel guilty for Yuvan’s disappearance. Later, Yuvan performs the song “Acha Chalta Hu” on stage before suddenly disappearing.
