Banni, Charmi, and Brinda pray to God for strength and protection. Myra arrives and asks Devraj what is happening. Devraj explains that it is for the Karva Chauth Vrat. Brinda gives a red saree and puja items to Banni and explains the importance of the fast. Banni silently decides to keep the fast for Yuvan’s wellbeing. Manini watches Banni and thinks her determination to cure Yuvan will ultimately cost him his life. Meanwhile, Viraj asks Charmi not to fast for him this year, but Charmi refuses. They compromise by deciding to fast while drinking milk. Yuvan overhears their conversation.

Later, Yuvan lovingly helps Banni wear her chunri and tells her she looks beautiful. Banni notices tears in his eyes and questions him. He hides his emotions and announces he will also fast with her. Banni objects, reminding him that he has an important performance. Yuvan insists, saying he has done nothing for her, so he wants to do this. Banni grows concerned and wonders if someone said something to him. Yuvan denies it and leaves to prepare. Banni reflects that Yuvan is valuable to everyone, and soon he will become normal.
As Yuvan gets ready, Devraj notices his tears. Yuvan lies, saying it is because of makeup. Devraj secretly resolves to send Manini away once Yuvan recovers. Elsewhere, Viraj informs Manini that he discovered Yuvan can recover through surgery. Manini, alarmed, says if Yuvan becomes normal, they will lose their control and rights over the property. She coldly concludes that Yuvan must die.
Meanwhile, Agastya struggles to recall the previous night’s events. He sees Banni hurt her hand while preparing decorations and rushes to help her. Banni insists she is fine but admits she fears whether Yuvan will remember these moments after surgery. Agastya reassures her, describing a future where Yuvan remembers everything and takes her on romantic dates.
Lost in his emotions, Agastya recalls his moments with Banni and ends up confessing his love. Banni, emotionally overwhelmed, briefly imagines Yuvan in his place and holds his hands. Agastya says she is too important to him to ever lose. Suddenly, Banni realizes she is with Agastya, not Yuvan, and immediately apologizes. Agastya covers his confession by saying he meant Yuvan would never forget her. Banni then leaves to give Yuvan his jacket.
Elsewhere, Charmi and Devraj discuss how difficult the upcoming competition round will be. Yuvan meets Manini and tells her that Agastya can make Banni happy. Manini manipulates him further, suggesting they should leave for her hometown because no one needs him here. She promises he can still see Banni from afar. Broken and vulnerable, Yuvan agrees.
Manini then tells Yuvan to write a letter explaining his departure. Secretly, she intends to use it as a suicide note so no one suspects her. She instructs him to write that he is leaving because Banni is happier with Agastya, and he should be honest with her. Trusting her, Yuvan writes the letter. Manini smiles wickedly, confident that Banni will live with lifelong guilt after reading it.
