At the Raina house, Sunita worries their Shagun looks modest compared to the Malhotra’s. Rajender reassures her they included all essential items. Zoon notices the difference and suggests they return the Malhotra’s Shagun gifts since they now belong to them. Indu agrees, though the family hesitates.

Meanwhile, Ritesh consults Rahul about his attire and receives a call from Indu instructing him to be ready for receiving their Shagun. Anjali struggles to afford a dress for the evening ceremony, but Vivaan convinces the designer to rent her the dress at a lower price and eventually buys it for her. Anjali is initially shocked but accepts.
On the other side, Magesh approaches the police inspector, showing photos and papers to claim Ritesh is ruining his life. The inspector asks him to send the proofs to his phone for verification. Magesh leaves, mocking Indu about her upcoming wedding. Sameer calls Kadambari, saying they just have to wait and watch. Kaamna confronts Sameer, who insults her and leaves.
At the Malhotra mansion, Dolly brings Shakuntala to meet Ritesh, who seeks his mother’s approval. Kaamna also arrives. The Raina family comes to the mansion with Indu and Zoon following. Indu takes Shakuntala’s blessings, and Zoon happily calls her “Daadi maa,” making Ritesh smile.
Kaamna mocks the Raina family for their modest Shagun, assuming they brought very little, but Indu clarifies with Vivek’s help they managed everything themselves. Kaamna is furious. Ritesh warns her not to insult the Raina family. Indu apologizes to Shakuntala for any misunderstandings, which Shakuntala accepts. Zoon gives Kaamna a chocolate, symbolically showing their Shagun is now more than hers.
Ritesh and Indu quietly argue about the wedding arrangements. Suddenly, a police inspector arrives and asks Ritesh if he is marrying Indu. Ritesh confirms, but the inspector reveals that Indu cannot marry him because she is already married, presenting papers that list her as Mrs. Indu Jaiswal. Indu rushes to see the documents and is shocked.
Precap: Ritesh and Indu head to the police station, where they encounter Sameer, Kadambari, and Magesh together. Kadambari reminds Ritesh of her challenge regarding Zoon’s custody. Ritesh openly challenges Kadambari, Sameer, and Magesh to marry Indu, and Sameer retaliates with a challenge of his own.
