Anurag asks Ishani how much time she needs before getting married. He says his mother has been asking him this question repeatedly. Ishani tells him to calm down and give her some time. She explains that once the court case is over, she will consider it. However, Anurag questions why she needs to stay with Shashwat.

Ishani replies that she is doing her duty and what is right. She adds that she is tired of explaining herself to everyone. She questions why she always has to justify her actions. Anurag says he cannot understand her logic and asks her to clearly state if she does not love him.
Ishani says she is exhausted and does not want to explain anything anymore. She tells him that if he wants to end the relationship, then so be it. She adds that she will pass her exams, get a job, and does not need anyone. Anurag sarcastically responds that he is just her need, and now she no longer requires him. He accuses her of avoiding the real issue and says this is the reason she reacted the way she did after receiving the love letter.
Ishani reminds him that his letter created chaos in her house and disrupted her son’s wedding. Anurag tells her to stop calling Pihu and Shashwat her family. Ishani firmly replies that it is her choice, and no one has the right to question it. Their argument escalates, and they part ways angrily.
Back at home, Ishani praises Raj didi’s cooking and says the food is delicious. Raj didi says she prepared everything specially for her because it was an important day as Ishani had her exam. Pihu also praises the food. Raj didi tells Pihu she should learn cooking as it will be useful after marriage. Pihu playfully says she won’t need to cook because her husband will cook instead.
Shashwat asks if she already has someone in mind. Pihu denies it at first, saying she was speaking hypothetically. When questioned again, she blushes and admits she likes a certain man, adding that his gentle nature melts her heart. Anurag remarks that after the court case, they should prepare for Pihu’s marriage.
Amid the light conversation, Nandini suddenly arrives and starts clapping sarcastically. She taunts everyone, which leads to another heated argument. Meanwhile, Ishani secretly records the entire confrontation on her phone.
