Tejas receives a new business opportunity through his friend Kartick. This offer rekindles his hopes of success, but it comes with a major condition. He must lie about his family background to create a strong impression. Kartick advises Tejas to host a lavish party to impress an influential businessman who can offer him a dealership. However, Tejas worries about arranging funds for such an expensive event. Roshni suggests a clever workaround. They can merge the business gathering with their upcoming wedding anniversary celebration to cut costs. For this plan to succeed, Tejas must convince his simple and outspoken family to behave like a rich, sophisticated household for one evening.

Back at the Deshmukh house, Tejas gathers the entire family to explain his idea. Sachin and Akash are confused and unsure about what he is trying to propose. Renuka senses trouble and fears that Tejas may be inviting another crisis, yet she instinctively tries to shield him from criticism. Tejas announces that Saturday will be celebrated as his wedding anniversary and that an important business guest will attend. He adds that the event will be hosted at a luxury hotel. When Sachin sarcastically asks how he plans to afford such extravagance, Tejas confidently claims that he will manage the finances somehow, even though his struggle is evident.
Later, Tejas speaks privately with Akash and Sachin. He emphasizes how vital the party is for his future and claims that securing the dealership will uplift the entire family’s social standing. He asks Akash to pose as a successful restaurant owner and Sachin as a travel agency proprietor. At the same time, Roshni starts coaching Riya and Sayali on how to behave like refined and cultured women during the event. Akash, Sachin, Sayali, and Riya are clearly uncomfortable with the deception. Sachin gets angry, and Sayali openly objects, stating that building a future on lies is wrong. Despite their moral resistance, they reluctantly agree to go along with the plan.
Sachin and Sayali mentally prepare themselves for the charade ahead. They recall the emotional strain they once faced when pretending to be wealthy professionals. A makeover is planned to complete the illusion and hide their true lifestyle. Roshni again questions Tejas about funding the party, especially given their financial crisis. Tejas, staying true to his nature, gives vague assurances and claims he will arrange the money somehow.
The next morning, Tejas calls another family meeting in the living room. He hesitates but finally asks everyone for financial help to organize the party. The family is shocked by this request and questions why they should fund what appears to be a personal celebration. Sachin outright refuses and sarcastically suggests that Roshni ask her father for money instead. Even after facing rejection, Tejas continues pleading, stressing how crucial this event is for his business ambitions. When he reveals the actual expense involved, Paresh is stunned. Still, Sachin remains firm and refuses to support what he considers a meaningless and wasteful display.
