Gayatri blesses Uday over a phone call. Uday falls silent upon hearing her voice. Gayatri tells him that although she has never seen him, she feels a deep connection with him. Uday becomes emotional. He thanks her and asks her name, but the call gets disconnected. Katha then informs him that her name is Gayatri. She explains that she calls her Maa Ji because she has felt a bond with her since the beginning. Uday asks Katha to convey his gratitude to Gayatri. She agrees.

As Katha prepares to leave, her leg gets stuck, and Uday helps her. They share a light-hearted moment. Pratty and Omi witness this from a distance. Pratty tells Omi that they must hide Uday’s concern for Katha from her, or their growing friendship might be affected. Omi agrees. Ambika also observes Uday and Katha together. She decides to use Pari’s decision against Katha to throw her out of the house and begins targeting Uday, Pari, and Shikha.
Later, Uday celebrates his success with the family. Katha and Naina watch from afar. Naina asks Katha why she did not tell Uday that she helped him with the investors’ pitch and allowed Tamanna to take the credit. Katha says she will inform him at the right time. Naina teases her and prays that Katha and Uday accept their relationship and nurture it. Katha recalls Uday’s statement to the media and says that Naina’s wish will not be fulfilled because she has no place in his life. She also expresses her determination to repay Uday’s debt and declares that she will not tolerate anyone harming her self-respect.
Katha then notices Pari standing alone and approaches her with a plate of laddoos. She insists Pari have one, but Pari asks if she is taunting her. Katha clarifies that she is not. Pari shares her frustration about the family rules, where men celebrate their victories openly while women cannot. Katha consoles her and says she once hoped Eshwar and Uday would reconcile, but Pari insists that will never happen. Ambika notices them together and, seeing Eshwar nearby, loudly questions their conversation. Pari dismisses it as nothing important.
Shlok offers sweets to Eshwar and informs him about Uday’s deal. Eshwar refuses the sweet and criticizes Uday’s mother, warning him that he will regret defending her once he learns the truth. Uday vows to bring his mother back home and prove Eshwar wrong. Eshwar insults him and leaves. Rukmini comforts Uday, saying his mother would be proud. She tries to feed him sweets, but he refuses and walks away. Katha feels bad for him, while Ambika appears pleased.
Later, Jay pays Katha for completing the order. During a phone call, he addresses Uday as Sharma and indirectly indicates that his work is done before leaving. Katha happily tells Naina that she can now repay Uday’s debt and ensure no one speaks against Mohan. At the café, Jay praises Katha and tells Uday that she would never use him, then departs. Pratty and Omi ask Uday what he thinks of Katha. Uday admits she is not a bad person. They tease him, but he clarifies that respect and love are two different aspects and cannot be mixed. He instructs them to hide Katha’s order details, and they comply.
Soon after, Katha repays Uday the money she owed him. Eshwar praises her integrity. Tamanna grows irritated. Uday silently stares at Katha.
Precap: Uday falls into Ambika’s trap and accuses Katha of using Pari to protect Naina. Furious, Katha leaves the house with Naina. Later, Pari reveals to Uday that Katha is innocent. Meanwhile, Katha meets with an accident. Uday receives a call about her accident and is left shocked.
