Indu hug Ritesh, then quickly realizing her actions and apologizing. Ritesh tells her he will send the documents to Meghna and the Commissioner so that Sameer can be arrested for his crimes. He asks Indu to call Vivek, and she agrees before leaving.
Meanwhile, Anjali visits Vivaan and laughs seeing his messy room. Vivaan feels awkward and explains that the worker is absent, so he will clean it himself. He then asks why she came. Anjali thanks him for helping Indu. Vivaan admits he did it not just for Indu, but also for her, and affectionately calls her “Anju.”

Anjali clarifies that only close people call her that. Vivaan says he considers himself close to her and asks if she feels the same. Anjali responds that she sees him only as a friend. Refusing to hide his feelings, Vivaan confesses his love and claims she also feels the same. Anjali, however, says this is not the right time due to everything happening and asks for time. Vivaan agrees.
Anjali then receives a call from Sunita, who worries about a letter from her college. Anjali reassures her it is just related to a trip. Sunita asks about Ritesh, Indu, and Asha, and Anjali tells her everything will soon be fine.
Outside, Vivek returns a tiffin bag to Sunita, assuring her that Asha is safe. He also informs her about the documents brought from Bangalore, which will help strengthen their case.
At the hideout, Sameer confronts Asha again and demands she sign the papers. He threatens to kill her if she refuses. Asha firmly declares she would rather die than betray her family. Trying another tactic, Sameer offers her ten percent of Kadambari’s property, but Asha rejects it, stating that the Rainas are her family and she will do anything for Zoon.
Enraged, Sameer attempts to strangle Asha with her dupatta. At that moment, Ritesh, Indu, and Vivek arrive and stop him. Indu quickly checks on Asha, who assures her she is fine.
Ritesh expresses his anger and disappointment toward Sameer. Sameer, however, remains defiant and threatens them. Learning that the police are waiting outside, he arrogantly claims no one can harm him. Indu calls him a monster. Vivek then takes Sameer to hand him over to the police.
Later, at home, Sunita brings soup for Asha and scolds her lovingly for risking her life. Asha reassures her and says she trusts Indu completely. Sunita worries that Zoon is still legally Kadambari’s daughter, which could create further problems.
Indu calms her, explaining that Kadambari is in the hospital and Sameer is in jail. She believes their problems are temporarily under control and assures that Kadambari’s false love for Zoon will not last long. Asha supports Indu’s confidence.
Elsewhere, Anjali receives a call from her college about a trip and initially decides not to go due to the situation. Indu encourages her to go, saying she misses her cheerful and carefree sister. This lightens the mood, and everyone smiles.
In the prison, Kaamna meets Sameer and scolds him. She reveals that she used her influence to meet him and informs him about the charges against him. Sameer, playing smart, pretends to be helpless and emotionally manipulates her. Moved, Kaamna promises to arrange his bail.
Back at the Malhotra house, Zoon refuses to eat until Indu brings her pizza, making her happy. Suddenly, Kaamna arrives and angrily confronts Indu, blaming her for Sameer’s imprisonment and the family’s problems.
Ritesh steps in and defends Indu, stating that Sameer is responsible for his own actions. He even questions Kaamna’s upbringing of Sameer, which angers her.
Kaamna pleads with Ritesh to bail Sameer out, promising he will not repeat his mistakes. Ritesh firmly refuses. Hurt and furious, Kaamna decides to leave the house. Ritesh does not stop her and walks away, while Indu follows him. Kaamna watches them with anger.
Precap: Kaamna decides to leave the house, taking Zoon with her. She forces Indu to swear on Zoon that she will bail Sameer out. Despite Ritesh’s objection, Indu takes the oath. Kaamna smirks, satisfied with her move.
