Anurag tries to learn whether Ishani will return to his life after divorcing Shashwat. He is happy when she gives a positive answer. He tells Ishani that Shashwat will not agree to a divorce easily. Ishani prepares herself for a big fight, knowing a mutual divorce may not be straightforward. Anurag applies a Kala Tikka on her and leaves for college.

Meanwhile, Nandini asks whether Shashwat wants to know where Ishani is staying. Shashwat replies he does not care. Raj Didi tells him to ensure Ishani never returns. Pihu says it is easy to guess where Ishani is staying. Shashwat claims he tolerated Ishani for Pihu’s sake. Pihu regrets trusting Ishani. Nandini says she warned Pihu about Ishani, but Pihu did not listen. Shashwat feels Ishani must pay for the insults he faces because of her and expresses that he has lost. Nandini claims Ishani has lost and no one, not even Anurag, will accept her.
Raj Didi says Anurag does not deserve Pihu and is glad Pihu was saved from Anurag’s trap. Nandini remarks that Anurag is not trustworthy and will not accept Ishani.
Meanwhile, Anurag’s mother serves Ishani food. Ishani enjoys it and becomes emotional thinking about her own mother. Anurag’s mother reassures her that she is also a mother to Ishani. Ishani offers to help with household chores. Anurag’s mother praises Anurag for not bending to lies and expresses pride in her upbringing. Ishani asks if Anurag’s mother hates her for Anurag’s suffering. She replies it was not Ishani’s fault. Ishani admits she should have come earlier but was busy fighting her fate.
Raj Didi tells Shashwat to divorce Ishani, but Shashwat worries she will demand alimony, which he does not want to pay. Raj Didi urges him not to waste time on her. Shashwat says he is frustrated that he has not been able to control the situation. Nandini suggests Ishani must be at Anurag’s house. Shashwat declares he will not divorce Ishani, preventing her from marrying Anurag. Nandini reminds him that if anything happens to him, his property will automatically go to Ishani. Raj Didi insists he divorce her as soon as possible. Shashwat decides to wait and see what Ishani plans and resolves to consult his lawyer.
Ishani asks whether Anurag’s mother would have an issue with Anurag marrying a divorcee. She replies that as a single mother, she fully supports it. She also appreciates Ishani’s sweetness and understands why Anurag has remained unmarried until now. Ishani hugs Anurag’s mother.
Precap: Shashwat tells Nandini it is not right to transfer his company shares to another company. Nandini says she was only trying to help. Ishani informs the lawyer that she wants a mutual divorce. The lawyer notifies Shashwat, who finally agrees to a mutual divorce.
