The doctor confirms that Ritesh has passed away. Kaamna angrily warns him not to say such things, but the doctor insists they must accept the reality. The Malhotra and Raina families break down. Zoon runs to Ritesh, begging him to wake up because everyone is crying. She promises she will never trouble him again and pleads emotionally. Vivaan glares at Sameer, who avoids eye contact.

In a symbolic sequence, Ritesh walks alone in a dark space toward an open door. Zoon appears, holds his hand, and asks him to return with her. He tells her to go back to Indu, but she refuses and says if he does not return, she will stay with him. She reminds him about her fast and prayers for his recovery. As the door slowly closes, Ritesh turns back.
Suddenly, the machines in the hospital room start beeping. Ritesh regains a pulse. The doctor calls it a miracle and begins treatment immediately. At the same time, Zoon, exhausted from fasting, collapses. Indu panics and rushes her to the guest room. The doctor later assures them that she fainted due to weakness from not eating but is stable.
When Ritesh regains consciousness, he searches for Zoon. Kaamna informs him about her condition. Ignoring medical advice, he removes his IV and goes to her room with Vivaan’s help. He learns that she kept a fast for him and becomes emotional. Sitting beside her, he urges her to wake up, reminding her about her excitement for his wedding with Indu. He promises a grand, film-style wedding as she had wished. Hearing this, Zoon opens her eyes, bringing relief to both Ritesh and Indu.
Indu cares for Ritesh during his recovery. A nurse behaves inappropriately while assisting him, which Indu notices. The nurse leaves, and Indu personally helps Ritesh, leading to intimate eye contact between them. Over the next week, she continues to feed and assist him until he fully recovers.
Seven days later, the family gathers to wish Ritesh on Diwali. Dolly credits Indu and Zoon for his speedy recovery. She also reveals that Kaamna left suddenly for the USA due to Pankaj’s accident but ensured all wedding arrangements were completed.
At the Raina house, both families gather for the celebrations. Ritesh enters and is mesmerized seeing Indu. He ignores Neelam, who tries to take a picture with him, and moves toward Indu. They share an intense moment of eye contact.
Precap. The mehendi ceremony begins. The designer applies mehendi on Indu’s hands as the family dances joyfully. Zoon expresses her wish to apply mehendi too, but Indu refuses due to school rules. Ritesh assures Zoon that she will definitely apply mehendi, smiling confidently.
