Mannat wakes up to a cheerful surprise. Gudiya and Dolly bring a birthday cake and wish her warmly. Mannat complains that they did not wish her at midnight. They explain that Shruti stopped them so she could sleep peacefully without disturbance.
Mannat then asks for her father’s photo. Harneet sarcastically remarks to Shruti that the “fake dad” is enjoying the real cake. Unaware of the truth, Mannat happily talks to the photo. Shruti urges her to cut the cake, but internally feels guilty for lying that she is her real mother. She fears breaking Mannat’s trust and confidence.
Mannat expresses her happiness, saying that God has answered her prayers. At the same time, Vickrant arrives in India and cancels his meeting to visit the temple.

Meanwhile, Kanan tells Harneet that Mannat is busy cooking at the temple. Shruti starts coughing, and Harneet gives her water, asking her to take care of her health. When Mannat notices the coughing, Shruti lies that it is just an allergy and reassures her.
At the temple, a cook asks Mannat what she prayed for. She replies that her name itself means a fulfilled wish, and Baba has already blessed her. The cook responds that Baba fulfills everyone’s prayers.
Vickrant reaches the Golden Temple and thanks God for bringing him back to his homeland. Meanwhile, Shruti silently prays that Mannat’s dreams come true and that she never crosses paths with her biological mother.
Harneet informs Shruti that the doctor is calling her, and she leaves. At the same time, Mannat prays sincerely, wishing to become a chef within the year and hoping for a special birthday gift.
Vickrant sits beside her while she is praying. Mistaking him for her mother, Mannat leans on his shoulder and speaks innocently about her wishes. She suddenly realizes someone else is beside her and gets shocked on seeing Vickrant. She apologizes immediately. Both of them then pray together. A dupatta falls on her, and Vickrant catches it, triggering his childhood memories.
Elsewhere, Sonia tells Mallika that Vickrant is in India and insists that she must marry him. She claims he will never look at any other girl. Mallika feels confused by her mother’s words. Sonia clarifies that he is her business partner, which is why she has chosen him for her daughter.
Later, Mannat accidentally collides with Vickrant again and starts talking nervously. She apologizes repeatedly while he silently hands her a bucket and walks away. She worries that he misunderstood her.
On the other hand, Mallika complains to her mother that Vickrant prioritizes his Indian culture over everything. Sonia insists that she must impress him and decides to send her to India with him. Mallika protests that he barely notices her and asks her mother to accompany her. Sonia refuses, admitting that she hates India, though she claims she missed her daughter. She promises to visit this time, as she is determined to unite her with Vickrant.
Later, Mannat meets Vickrant again and clears the misunderstanding. He is surprised by her nonstop talking. When thunder strikes, she suddenly becomes silent and frightened. Vickrant comforts and encourages her, helping her regain confidence. She thanks him sincerely.
Moments later, as the rain stops, Mannat returns to her usual lively self and resumes her nonstop chatter. Vickrant observes how quickly she shifts emotions. She credits God for her cheerful nature.
Meanwhile, Sonia remains firm in her plan to unite Mallika with Vickrant, setting the stage for future complications.
