The doctor informs Mannat that Shruti needs an immediate liver transplantation. Mannat pleads with him to save her mother and asks how her liver got damaged, as she never ate outside food. The doctor explains her condition in detail and states that the surgery will cost 25 lakhs. Harneet is shocked hearing the amount.
Mannat then asks how they will find a donor. The doctor replies that as her daughter, she can donate a portion of her liver. Hearing this, Harneet recalls how Shruti once revealed that Mannat is not her biological daughter but Sonia’s child, and that she wanted to keep them apart at all costs.
The doctor further explains that the procedure is complex, but since Mannat is her daughter, there is a 99% chance of compatibility. He adds that only a small portion of her liver will be used to regenerate Shruti’s liver. Without hesitation, Mannat agrees to all the tests and urges the doctor to begin immediately.
Meanwhile, Shruti regains consciousness and asks about Mannat. Harneet assures her that she is fine and asks her to rest. However, Shruti becomes restless thinking about her.
At that moment, Kanan tells Shruti that Mannat is giving her blood samples. Harneet tries to stop her from revealing the truth, but she blurts it out. Shruti becomes anxious and asks why Mannat is giving samples. Kanan explains that a daughter can donate part of her liver to her mother and that the tests are being conducted for that.

Shruti panics and insists that this should not happen. She fears the truth will come out. Despite Kanan trying to calm her by saying there is a high chance of a match, Shruti creates a scene and demands to meet Mannat.
Meanwhile, Mannat prepares to give her samples. Mallika arrives and questions her. After hearing everything, she becomes anxious and tries to stop Mannat, saying her mother will reject a weak person and something might happen to her. Mannat asks her to leave and assures her she will call if needed. Mallika leaves reluctantly.
Shruti reaches Mannat and creates a scene at the hospital. She apologizes for lying to her and says she is ready for any treatment, but begs her not to give blood samples. Mannat tries to reassure her, saying it is a small procedure and she should not worry. However, both remain firm in their decisions. Shruti refuses again and again, while Mannat insists that the doctor proceed. Harneet tries to calm Shruti, but the situation escalates.
Finally, under pressure, Shruti reveals the truth. She says that Mannat is not her daughter and that the test will expose everything. She admits that she is actually her aunt, and fears that Mannat will be shattered upon learning that her real mother abandoned her. Mannat is left completely shocked.
Meanwhile, Vickrant speaks to his mother on the phone. He confirms with his assistant that the restaurant has been cleaned after the chaos. He is informed that Mallika’s grandparents will be staying at home. Vickrant says he is heading to the seashore to find some peace.
Back at the hospital, Shruti shares her painful past with Mannat. She explains everything she went through and how she chose to give Mannat a new life. She reveals that she hid the truth because she did not want her to know that her real mother abandoned her on the seashore. Hearing this, Mannat is completely heartbroken.
