Ritesh is speechless when Vivek presents a letter from his childhood doctor, confirming he has no anger issues. Ritesh asks how Vivek managed to contact the doctor. Vivek explains he found the doctor through a social media post and arranged a meeting immediately. The doctor praised Ritesh, which makes him grateful to Vivek.
Vivek reassures Ritesh and Indu that they will disprove every false allegation against him in court. Everyone is motivated and happy. Meanwhile, Dolly approaches Deep with Sameer’s confession video, intending to show it to Ritesh. Deep refuses, warning that revealing it now would cause more conflict between the brothers. He recalls childhood memories of Ritesh and Sameer and makes Dolly swear to stay silent, leaving her shocked.

Sameer wakes up, anxious about the prior night’s conversation with Deep. Deep urges him to end his hatred toward Ritesh and Indu for Zoon’s sake, advising him not to separate Zoon from them. Sameer surprisingly agrees, which shocks Kaamna, who questions his sudden change in behavior.
Kaamna scolds Sameer for letting Zoon spend time with Ritesh and Indu, worried about their plans. Sameer reassures her that he has a plan and asks for her help in executing it. Kaamna agrees, curious about the outcome.
In Ritesh’s room, Indu and Ritesh have a cute argument over her medicine, which she initially refuses but eventually takes. Kaamna enters, pretending she persuaded Sameer to let Zoon spend time with them. Ritesh and Indu are pleasantly surprised but Indu grows suspicious of Sameer’s true motive. Kaamna assures her that the plan is safe, and volunteers to bring Zoon to them.
Kaamna instructs Zoon to pack her bag while she arranges her medicine. Zoon happily obliges. Kaamna smirks, confident that Ritesh and Indu are unaware of the real outcome she has planned.
Ritesh and Indu debate how to spend the day with Zoon—Ritesh wants to go out for pizza and a movie, while Indu prefers staying home. Using her health as leverage, Indu persuades Ritesh to let Zoon decide. Zoon chooses to stay inside with Indu, which makes Ritesh happy.
Indu receives a video call from Sunita and Rajender, who check on her health. They are delighted to see her and Zoon together. Sunita worries about Sameer’s intentions but reminds herself to stay positive.
During dinner at the Malhotra house, Ritesh feeds Zoon, and Dolly and Anjali join happily. Zoon requests ice cream, and Indu reluctantly agrees with a condition of five spoons. Dolly feels guilty for not revealing Sameer’s confession earlier.
Later, Zoon suddenly falls unconscious. Ritesh calls the doctor and takes her to his room. Kaamna observes, assuming Zoon’s condition will worry Ritesh and Indu, which suits her plan. Indu and Dolly confirm it isn’t due to tiredness or overeating, leaving Indu anxious and caressing the unconscious Zoon.
Precap: The doctor suspects Zoon may have taken the wrong medicine. Ritesh asks Indu where she got it from, and she replies it’s from the bag Zoon brought. Elsewhere, Sameer scolds Kaamna for improperly executing their plan, but Kaamna insists she knows how to make Ritesh and Indu feel guilty. Sameer observes silently.
