Rahi assumes that Manohar is too busy to answer her calls and occupies herself by cooking. Meanwhile, Tarun confronts Anupama, accusing her of stealing money, gold, and silver during Manohar’s absence. Anupama attempts to explain, urging Tarun to accompany her to the hospital to provide the doctors with Manohar’s medical history. Instead, Tarun claims that she is hiding property papers. Desperate, Anupama pleads with him to prioritize saving Manohar’s life. Coldly, Tarun declares that Manohar should die. Shocked and determined, Anupama grabs the medicine and rushes to the hospital. When Tarun tries to stop her, she silences him with a fierce glare, leaving him fuming.
Elsewhere, Rahi expresses to Prem her frustration that Manohar isn’t answering her calls and her desire to learn dance from him. Prem suggests that she travel to Mumbai for training, but Rahi refuses without explanation, sparking an argument between them.
At another location, Hasmuk searches for missing money, while Kinjal, in tears, suspects Paritosh. Leela comforts her, and Hasmuk reflects that it might be for the best that Anupama isn’t around to witness this chaos.
At the hospital, Anupama delivers the medicine and explains to the doctor that although Manohar has a son, he is practically alone. She pleads for his life to be saved, and the doctor promises to do his best.
Back at home, Bharti and Preet wait anxiously for Anupama’s return. Preet praises her character, and Bharti agrees. Anupama walks in moments later, followed by a police inspector announcing her arrest. Tarun has accused her of stealing or hiding Manohar’s property papers. Stunned, Anupama is defended by Bharti, Preet, and Savita, but the inspector begins to drag her out. As she is taken away, Anupama recalls her painful past.
Elsewhere, Paritosh assures a friend that he will arrange more money and hands over a partial amount. Confused about how the Kotharis discovered his activities, he is approached by a LIC agent informing him that Anupama’s policy has matured. Claiming to be her son, Paritosh brings the agent home.
Back at the house, Anupama insists on her innocence, while Tarun demands her punishment. The inspector then presents a video that leaves Anupama utterly shocked.
Precap: Bharti and Preet stand firmly by Anupama, defending her against the allegations. Tarun lashes out, accusing them of complicity in her supposed crimes. Just then, the inspector receives a phone call that leaves him visibly stunned.
