Manini demands that Banni reveal where she has hidden Yuvan. Confused, Banni asks why she would hide him. Niyati urges her to stop Banni and proceed with Yuvan’s engagement. Banni questions why she would waste time hiding Yuvan instead of working in her kitchen. Manini claims that everyone saw what happened yesterday and emotionally blackmails Hemant against Banni. Banni protests, saying her chemical-laced lipstick is affecting her brain and insists she only serves food to Yuvan with love.
Hemant asks Banni where Yuvan is. She replies that he should ask his wife and Niyati, as they are with him all the time. Devraj asks Banni what Yuvan spoke to her about last night. She recalls Yuvan talking about the sky, the moon, and asking where she would hide if nobody wants to find her. She remembers her own childhood, hiding in a water tank from her mother.
Coming out of the flashback, Banni sends Myra to check the terrace and walks to Yuvan’s bathroom. Yuvan hides in the bathtub, waiting for everyone to leave. Banni returns and says she caught him. Yuvan explains that she gave him the idea to hide in water and then caught him herself. Everyone looks at Banni, and she clarifies that she was just sharing a childhood story, which Yuvan misunderstood.
Yuvan refuses to get engaged to dirty angel Niyati. Devraj tells Hemant not to force Yuvan if he doesn’t want to. Manini alleges that Banni brainwashed mentally unstable Yuvan to marry him for his wealth. Banni challenges Niyati, asking why a beautiful and well-educated girl wants to marry Yuvan for his money. She asks if Niyati would have married him if he were not rich.
Niyati stands silent, looking at Manini for guidance. Manini signals her to start her emotional drama. Niyati explains that she is genuinely tired of answering the same question. She claims she likes Yuvan because her own mother was mentally unstable, and she could not save her as a child. She became a social worker helping mentally unstable orphaned children. Manini saw her and proposed that she marry Yuvan. Niyati insists she wants to help Yuvan and care for him, as she could not care for her mother.
Hemant asks Banni if she got her answer and tells her not to pester Niyati again. Banni admits she feels Niyati seems genuinely repentant. Niyati asserts that she truly wants to care for Yuvan, but Banni’s friendship prevents Yuvan from accepting her. She adds that Banni is just Yuvan’s friend and could leave him anytime, whereas Niyati will be responsible for him her entire life. She asks Banni if she can sacrifice her responsibilities and take care of Yuvan forever. Yuvan feels happy, thinking Banni would agree. Niyati grins at Manini, while Banni stands silent.
Precap: Yuvan and Niyati’s engagement rings go missing. Manini accuses Banni of stealing them. Yuvan secretly fixes the engagement ring on Banni’s finger, and Manini accuses Banni of trying to marry Yuvan and dreaming of wealth.
