Yuvan pleads with Devraj to get him married to Banni. Devraj comforts him, saying he is the only one who didn’t expect anything from him so far and admits he doesn’t know what to do. His sister reminds him of their mother’s saying: that if one is determined, they can achieve anything except bringing the moon and stars. Myra also requests him to take some action.
Meanwhile, Vishnu helps Banni remove Yuvan’s mother’s engagement ring from her finger. Hearing about the incident during the engagement, he tells her that he is her brother by blood and loves her, but Yuvan loves her selflessly as a friend. He advises Banni not to lose that friendship, adding that Yuvan can recover with her love and care, as he has read about similar medical cases. Banni reflects on his words.
Manini mocks Viraj, calling him a failure, and warns him that if he doesn’t act to get the remaining 50% property share from Yuvan, he will be reduced to a servant. She provokes him to threaten Yuvan into forgetting Banni.
Goon Raja learns from his aide that the mentally unstable but rich Yuvan fixed the engagement ring on Banni’s finger. Raja says he won’t let Banni marry anyone except him. When asked if he loves Banni, he says he just wants to teach her a lesson. Raja taunts Banni, claiming she fell for a rich boy. Banni denies this, saying Yuvan is just her friend and she serves him food. Raja mocks her and warns her to return her mamusa’s 3-lakh debt soon, or she must marry him.
Meanwhile, Viraj brutally assaults Yuvan, warning him not to take Banni’s name again. Myra and Pihu plead with him to stop, but he continues. Myra rushes to Hemant’s room, knocking on the door. Manini opens it and tells her not to interfere, claiming she had ordered Viraj to punish Yuvan for thinking of marrying Banni instead of Niyati. Viraj keeps beating Yuvan, even questioning Devraj’s dual-faced behavior. Banni finally enters and stops him.
Precap: Banni prepares food for Yuvan while Niyati is already feeding him. Manini thinks Banni will soon be out of Yuvan’s life. Banni reaches Yuvan’s room and stands stunned, seeing him eating food from Niyati’s hand.
