The Episode starts with Meghla telling Ranbir that she prayed to God about the lab report. Ranbir does not believe her prayers will make a difference and asks her to focus on Arjun’s wedding preparations instead. Meghla insists that truth always wins. Ranbir agrees with her.
Meher tries to convince Arjun to reconsider his decision for a simple wedding. Arjun explains his reasons and tries to convince the family. Amarjeet complains about his choice, but Arjun remains firm. The family notices how much he has changed. Harman teases him, but Simran shuts him up, which makes Arjun happy. When Ranbir and Meghla arrive, they support Arjun’s choice. Zoravar also agrees, surprising Meher.
Zoravar praises Meghla for her bravery and says he will accompany her to the award ceremony. Param and the rest of the family also appreciate her. Later, Adrija hears the doorbell and receives the lab report. She remembers Ranbir’s promise to expose her and vows to take revenge. When Meher sees her, Adrija hides the report and avoids her questions. Meher feels something is wrong and prays for peace in the family. Adrija then takes a photo of the report and alters it on her laptop, satisfied with her plan.
Ranbir and his cousins return from shopping for Arjun’s wedding. Meher scolds them for not including her. They apologize and promise never to repeat the mistake. Meher softens and asks to see their purchases. They show the items to her and the rest of the family.
Adrija walks in and questions Arjun for keeping her out of the wedding plans. Ranbir tells her she is not part of their family. Adrija argues that the lab report has not arrived yet, so he should not accuse her. Simran challenges her, but Adrija stands her ground. A delivery person arrives and hands the lab report to Ranbir. Adrija urges him to open it.
Ranbir reads it and is shocked to see a negative result. Meghla shares the news with the family, saying she knew Adrija would not stoop so low. Zoravar stands with Ranbir, unsure of what to believe.
Adrija then threatens to file an FIR against Ranbir for mentally harassing and defaming her, leaving everyone stunned. Meghla loses her temper and angrily calls out “Didibhai.” Ranbir asks Adrija what she wants from him. She replies that she wants him to divorce Meghla, shocking the entire family.
