Ranbir tells Adrija that he does not have time to waste, so she should say what she wants instead of creating a scene. Adrija replies that she has plenty of time and begins complaining about how Ranbir has treated her. She keeps asking if he can fulfill her demands. Ranbir tries to reassure her, but then she shocks everyone by asking him to divorce Meghla. Meghla reacts and calls out to her sister, but Adrija tells her to stay quiet. She accuses Meghla of taking Ranbir away from her and says that if Ranbir is truly a man of his word, he should grant her this request.
Mahua gets a call from Meher, who tells her about Adrija’s demand. Meher urges Mahua and Chandan to come quickly. Mahua tells Chandan everything, and he is stunned. He blames Mahua for always defending Adrija. Mahua says they need to stop Adrija before she ruins things even more. They leave for Ranbir’s house.
At the Bajwa house, Zoravar and Param question Adrija about her demand, but she insists on getting what she wants. She tells Ranbir again to prove himself by giving her what she asked for. Ranbir remains silent. Meghla begs Adrija not to ask for this and says she is willing to give up her career instead. Ranbir stops Meghla from pleading. Adrija mocks Meghla, calling Ranbir her soon-to-be fiancé. Everyone is stunned, and the family tries to convince Adrija to change her mind, but she refuses.
Chandan and Mahua arrive and try to persuade Adrija to return home with them. They tell her she is making a mistake. But Adrija says Meghla was never truly her sister and accuses her of taking everything away from her. She also speaks rudely to Chandan, which makes Mahua scold her. Adrija finally admits she is tired of pretending to be good. She declares she will only return home once Ranbir signs the divorce papers.
