The Kotharis grow anxious as Aryan’s health continues to worsen. Prem and Rahi discuss his stomach ache privately, but Khyati scolds them for keeping it from her. Parag reprimands the boys for their carelessness, while Vasundhara questions whether they think they’re too mature to involve the elders. Khyati insists on calling a doctor, but Aryan refuses, saying he’ll manage with medicine.
Meanwhile, Anupama gifts Mahi a beautiful necklace and reveals that Kavya had bought it for her. However, Mahi gently declines, saying her true gift is Anupama’s love. She emotionally requests Anupama to perform her kanyadaan. Moved to tears, Anupama blesses her and urges her to stay happy as she begins a new chapter of life. In secret, Aryan takes drugs to deal with withdrawal symptoms but promises himself that he’ll quit after marriage.
Elsewhere, Gautam storms into Prarthana’s room and threatens her for proceeding with the divorce. Unshaken, Prarthana records his outburst as evidence. Gautam mocks her, claiming she hides behind Anupama’s strength. Prem and Rahi quietly check on her, but Prarthana avoids revealing the confrontation. When they later see the recording, Prem suggests exposing Gautam, but Prarthana insists they must wait for the right time.
As preparations for Aryan’s wedding intensify, he prays for courage and stability. The family gathers to seek blessings from the divine. Hasmuk explains Leela’s absence, saying she had to visit her ailing sister. During the arrangements, Anupama accidentally bumps into Raghav; the two reconcile after their earlier misunderstanding.
