The Episode starts with Anirudh pleading with Jhanak to listen to him, but she refuses. She worries that the family might misunderstand if they see them together. Anirudh insists that she must attend Choton’s wedding, urging her not to let anyone influence her decision. Jhanak questions him, and he clarifies that she shouldn’t skip the wedding for anyone’s sake. She agrees to attend, but only if Arshi has no objections. Lal and Bipasha spot them together, and Bipasha secretly takes a photo. She confronts them, but Anirudh openly admits he was talking with Jhanak, questioning what’s wrong. Jhanak quietly leaves and goes inside.
Choton gifts Mrinalini something special. She is surprised and asks why he spent so much money. He explains that everyone considers him useless, and he wants to prove them wrong. Mrinalini urges him to be more responsible with money as they begin their married life. Choton then shows her a gift chosen by Jhanak, which she finds beautiful. He expresses concern about Jhanak being mistreated in his house. Just then, Mrinalini’s father arrives, and Choton gives him a pen, touching him deeply as he recalls losing the same pen his father had gifted him.
At home, Appu confides in Anuradha, crying about the doctor’s statements. Anuradha questions the seriousness, while Kajol reassures them that it’s part of the treatment. Appu stubbornly refuses to go to the hospital. Lalon insists, but Appu gets upset, accusing him of being cruel, and refuses to speak to him. Lalon changes the topic, asking about Jhimli, and Anuradha informs him she’s gone to college to apply for exams, suspecting Anindo is urging her.
Lalon asks about the builder’s arrival. Anuradha admits she’s nervous about keeping money at home. Lalon reassures her but agrees to call the builder. When the builder arrives, Appu warns him not to run away with their money. As they prepare for the transaction, Anuradha opens the cupboard and finds the money missing. In panic, they search for it but come up empty-handed. Anuradha breaks down in tears. The builder leaves, promising to return in the evening. Lalon instructs Kajol to call Jhimli, but she doesn’t answer.
Tanuja confronts Jhanak with the photo Bipasha took, demanding to know what she discussed with Anirudh. Jhanak calmly tells her to ask Anirudh. Bipasha accuses Jhanak of becoming arrogant with support from others in the house and warns her not to cross the line. Tanuja sternly instructs Jhanak to stop talking to Anirudh privately. Jhanak dismisses their concerns, insisting she has no intention of interfering in Arshi and Anirudh’s lives. Tanuja warns her once more and leaves. Bipasha remains suspicious, vowing to keep a close watch on Jhanak. Unbothered, Jhanak tells her to do as she pleases but quietly wonders how long she will endure such scrutiny.
Meanwhile, Vihaan informs Ketki that he is heading to Kolkata to meet Anirudh and attend Choton’s wedding. Prachi encourages him to enjoy the occasion. Ketki asks him to take a gift for Choton, which he agrees to. He then reveals that Jhanak is also in Kolkata. Prachi asks what he plans to do. Vihaan declares he will request Jhanak to return with him, insisting Ahaan needs her as his mother. He firmly states that if Jhanak agrees, he will bring her back. Turning to Ketki, he asks her not to harm Jhanak. Ketki hesitates but vaguely agrees.
Jhanak stands firm, explaining to Tanuja that it was Anirudh who initiated the conversation. Bipasha refuses to believe her, calling her a liar. Tanuja warns that if Arshi sees Jhanak and Anirudh together, she will be deeply hurt. Jhanak reassures her that she has no intention of interfering in Arshi and Anirudh’s relationship. Despite this, Bipasha urges Tanuja not to trust Jhanak. Tanuja leaves, believing she has made herself clear. Bipasha vows to monitor Jhanak closely. Exhausted by constant scrutiny, Jhanak quietly wonders how much longer she will endure such hostility.
