The Episode begins with Anirudh telling Appu that Jhanak lives in a different world now and won’t return. Appu laments that she never really understood Jhanak.
Mimi arrives to meet Appu, who tells her she’s grown up and responsible now. Appu even encourages Mimi to marry Anirban, admitting she might not live to see it happen. Mimi insists Appu should be present for her wedding, but Appu says she won’t recover. Lalon has been crying, and the family struggles to eat properly. Mimi suggests taking Appu to another city for treatment.
Lalon breaks down, saying he has tried everything. Mimi tells him not to cry in front of Appu. Moon asks Anirudh what’s wrong; he explains that Appu is unwell. Moon comforts Appu and asks her to tell a story. Appu shares Jhanak’s story and says she doesn’t want to die without seeing her.
Mimi calls Jhanak and hands the phone to Appu. Appu tells Jhanak she won’t live long and wishes Jhanak had been there. She also acknowledges that Jhanak deserves happiness and knows she still loves Anirudh. When Moon wants to speak to Jhanak, she changes the topic and ends the call, saying she has work.
Elsewhere, Ambika tells Abhijeet they should move, but he insists it won’t solve anything. She blames Ishani, saying she’ll never become an IPS officer. Abhijeet defends her, but Ambika asks him to drop the case. He refuses. She warns that society won’t support Ishani, and that Anindya has already agreed to her marriage with Jeet, urging Ishani to give up her dream.
Jhanak, still emotional from hearing Moon’s voice, prays for both Moon and Appu, promising to stay strong for Moon’s sake.
Later, Mimi asks Anirudh if Jhanak really got married. He avoids the topic and calls her selfish. Appu defends Jhanak and asks him to stop. Kajol tells Appu to rest. Moon feels hurt that her mother didn’t speak to her and refuses to talk to her again. Appu says one day Moon will understand and drifts off to sleep.
Ishani’s friend Ritwika checks in on her. Ishani says she’ll attend college the next day but doesn’t want to discuss the recent events.
The next morning, Nutan feels dizzy and throws up. Kanka hints that Nutan might be pregnant and questions how it happened since she and Parashar don’t live together. Bua confirms the pregnancy, leaving Parashar shocked. Nutan decides she will raise the baby alone.
Precap: Parashar says he’s not the baby’s father. Kanka demands to know who is responsible and tells Nutan to leave the village.
