The Episode begins with Bua informing Parashar that Nutan is pregnant. Everyone congratulates him, and Veer eagerly asks for sweets. Bua happily agrees to make them. Parashar takes Nutan aside to talk, and Dhamu notices both of them look upset.
Ambika warns Ishani that her friends have turned against her and that college life will get even more challenging. Abhijeet defends Ishani, saying it’s not her fault, but Ambika insists she should get married. She adds that Ishani cannot stay in the house anymore, as it might affect Adrika and Aarav.
Appu wakes up and calls Anuradha, who brings her food. Feeling a little better, she wants to sit up, with Lalon helping her. Anuradha mentions that Kajol has been taking good care of her. Kajol insists that Appu eat and take her medicine. Appu asks Kajol and Lalon to promise they’ll fulfill her last wish: she joins their hands and tells Kajol to take care of Lalon after she dies. Kajol tries to stop her, but Appu is firm, believing that Kajol still loves Lalon.
Lalon says he’s just a friend. Appu accuses him of hurting Kajol, claiming Kajol never married because she still loves him. Kajol says she can’t promise what Appu wants. Appu tells Anuradha to make sure they marry after her death. She then asks for khichdi, and Anuradha goes to get it.
Meanwhile, Parashar questions Nutan about the pregnancy. She admits she’s unsure but doesn’t confirm who the father is. Parashar guesses it might be Anirudh, recalling they were together in the guest house. He says he won’t take responsibility for another man’s child. Nutan insists she can manage alone.
Parashar warns her of potential consequences, but Nutan says she is ready. He then changes his stance, declaring that he will stand by her. Nutan says she trusts Parashar to protect her and the baby.
Kanka insists the baby isn’t Parashar’s. Veer tells her to stop, but she persists. When Parashar and Nutan arrive, he confirms Kanka’s claim. He clarifies that Nutan was never his wife and Moon was never his daughter—he only helped Nutan stay in the village. When Kanka demands to know the real father, Parashar refuses to answer and says he is leaving with Nutan.
Precap: Nutan tells Parashar she won’t reveal the baby’s father to Anirudh, as he believes she is Parashar’s wife. Elsewhere, Lalon informs Anuradha that Appu isn’t waking up.
