Parashar panicking at the hospital when Nutan does not receive immediate treatment. Veer tries to calm him and says they have no other option but this hospital. Parashar demands that the staff take Nutan inside right away. He feels they are ignoring him because he is poor. She is taken to the emergency room, and Parashar is asked to wait outside. He stands there crying and praying, admitting to himself that he truly loves her and cannot live without her.
Mimi looks for Anirudh to speak to him alone. Arshi questions her, but before an argument begins, Anjana and Bablu arrive. Mimi hugs Anjana and asks how she is. Anjana says she feels lost, and Bablu says he misses Appu deeply. Arshi tells them to move on for Moon’s sake. Mimi is shocked by her tone. Bablu says it is unfair that they are not allowed to grieve.
Anirudh arrives. Mimi tells him she visited Simulboni and saw Jhanak. She says Jhanak is in a terrible condition and may not survive. Arshi says the doctors will handle it. Mimi reveals Jhanak was poisoned. Anjana says Jhanak is like her daughter and she cannot lose her like Appu. Anirudh decides to go to Simulboni immediately. Arshi reminds him Jhanak has a husband now, but Anirudh says he still has to try. Mimi adds that the villagers do not believe Jhanak will survive. Anirudh says he is going and Arshi cannot stop him.
Laal sits with Bipasha and asks if she is struggling financially. She admits she is, but does not want help out of guilt. He offers support, and they talk over coffee. Their conversation shifts to Laal’s friend Jhanvi, whom Bipasha praises as a perfect daughter-in-law. She teases him about love and friendship being close. Before leaving, she tells him to take care of himself and move on. Laal becomes emotional once she leaves.
At the hospital, Parashar learns Nutan is pregnant, and the baby may not survive. He begs the staff to save her. They say the doctors are doing everything they can. Veer hopes Nutan stays with Parashar forever. Parashar silently prepares himself for the worst.
Precap: Anirudh reaches the hospital. Parashar blames him for breaking Nutan emotionally and says her body is breaking now as well.
