Anirudh arrived at the hospital, anxiously asking about Nutan. Veer stops him, saying he cannot meet her because he had previously insulted her. Anirudh demands to know who poisoned Nutan and where Parashar is. Veer tells him no one can enter without Parashar’s permission.

The hospital staff informs Anirudh that Nutan is in critical condition. He insists on moving her to a better hospital. Parashar soon arrives, accusing Anirudh of emotionally hurting Nutan and warns that he will not spare anyone who physically harmed her.

Anirudh requests Nutan’s room number and promises not to disturb anyone. Inside, he finds Nutan unconscious and vows not to let her go. He reflects that his marriage to Arshi was a compromise, much like Nutan’s relationship with Parashar, and he remembers the moments they shared together.

Meanwhile, Abhijeet admits Ishani to the hospital and warns Ambika that she will be responsible if anything happens to her. Ambika defends herself. Abhijeet plans to move once Ishani recovers, but Ambika insists that it won’t solve anything. The doctor begins treatment and asks about Ishani’s trauma. Abhijeet explains how she was mistreated, including by her mother, and shares that her dream of becoming an IPS officer is now at risk. The doctor encourages him to stay strong and focus on Ishani’s recovery.

Parashar instructs his gang to return home, but they want to stay until Nutan gets better. The doctor informs Anirudh that Nutan is in a coma. He holds her hand, crying, and urges her to wake up. Parashar observes silently. The doctor notices that Nutan’s heartbeat rises whenever she hears Anirudh’s voice.

Parashar offers to grant Anirudh’s wish if Nutan survives. Anirudh asks to take Nutan with him, and Parashar agrees. Anirudh prays in the hospital temple, chanting mantras. Parashar notices Nutan’s heartbeat improving. He gives Anirudh a sacred flower to place on Nutan’s head, which the nurse allows only him to do. Inside the room, Anirudh softly asks Nutan to return so they can be together and gently places the flower on her head.
