The entire Luthra family waits anxiously in the hospital corridor when Shaurya finally returns. He immediately announces that he knows everyone must be blaming him for not being a good son, but he only wants to say one thing—I AM THE BEST. Without explaining further, he adds that since they all think he’s stubborn, he has gone ahead and arranged the blood for his father.

Mahesh pulls Shaurya into a relieved hug just as Rishab calls the nurse, informing her that the blood seems to match Karan Luthra. Feeling proud, Shaurya goes to Kavya, assuring her that everything will be fine now that he’s back and has handled the situation. The nurse takes the sample inside to verify it.

A moment later, Rishab hugs Shaurya and thanks him sincerely. Then the nurse returns and asks where Shaurya got the blood. Confused, he asks why it matters since he has already arranged it. But the nurse reveals that the blood is contaminated.

Shocked, Shaurya insists she must be mistaken. Rishab also tries to reason with her, suggesting it could be a lab error, but the nurse is firm. Rishab continues defending Shaurya, requesting that the blood be rechecked.

Meanwhile, Preeta arrives at the hospital and approaches another nurse, inquiring about the blood she requested. The nurse explains that this blood is normally reserved only for the hospital owner’s family, but they could still arrange it. Hearing this, Preeta expresses relief and says she knew the nurse would help. Curious and concerned, the nurse asks why Preeta needs the blood so urgently and whether someone’s life is in danger.

Preeta hesitates but admits she has no official relation to the patient—yet she cannot stay calm until he receives the blood, because she feels connected to him in a way she can’t explain. The nurse observes that it seems like the two are tied by fate, but Preeta brushes it off, saying she simply cares for him. Moved, the nurse agrees to give her the blood but requests her not to tell anyone, especially since the owner’s family might require it.

Preeta promises to keep it confidential. She leaves while calling Rajveer, telling him nothing bad will happen and insisting he must not donate blood because she has already arranged everything.

Carrying the blood box tightly in her hands, Preeta rushes toward the emergency area. But as she pushes the door open, it swings back and hits her. The box slips from her grip, falls to the floor, and the blood bag lands on the needle, puncturing it. Preeta freezes in shock as the blood begins leaking out, pooling rapidly on the floor.

Panicked, she calls out to the nurse, explaining she urgently needs blood for someone whose life depends on it, but no one pays attention. Desperate, she picks up the damaged bag, staring helplessly at the little blood left inside. Her mind flashes back to the moment she confidently told Rajveer she had arranged everything.

Worried and trembling, Preeta calls Rajveer again, begging him to listen to her. Tears stream down her face as she walks out of the hospital, clutching her saree tightly. Rajveer stands beside his motorcycle, shocked to hear her distress.

Crying uncontrollably, Preeta tells him that his mother is pleading in front of him—begging him to do what she has asked. Her voice shakes with emotion as she repeats her request, overwhelmed with fear and helplessness.

Rajveer approaches the nurse and informs her that Karan Luthra urgently needs blood, so he wants to donate his. The nurse tells him they must test his blood first. Confused, Rajveer asks why, and she explains that Karan’s own son came earlier to donate, but his blood contained traces of alcohol.

Rajveer calmly replies that she won’t find alcohol in his blood. The nurse nods and asks Anju to bring the donation form. Rajveer signs it immediately, but as the nurse turns to leave, Anju stops him, pointing out that he has written the wrong name. The comment startles him.

Elsewhere, Karina, sitting beside Rakhi, apologizes for what she is about to reveal. She admits she didn’t want to tell her, but hiding it makes her feel guilty. She tells Rakhi that Karan is once again fighting for his life, and this time too, everything happened because of Preeta.

Rakhi suddenly sits up in shock, but Karina asks her to rest and calls the doctor.

Inside the ICU, the doctor checks on Karan. A nurse comments that had they not found the blood, things would have been terrible. The doctor replies that Karan’s life would have ended, leaving a tragic mark on the hospital. He finds it strange that none of Karan’s children share his blood group.

Rajveer then speaks up quietly, saying he is also Karan Luthra’s child, but he does not want to donate his blood. The doctor explains that Kavya doesn’t match the blood group, and Shaurya’s blood was contaminated. The nurse reveals that Rajveer was the one who donated the blood after all.

The doctor calls him inside and asks why he lied about his real name. The nurse adds that she heard him telling the receptionist that he didn’t want anyone to know. The doctor repeats the question, and Rajveer explains he works for the Luthra family, and if they learned he donated blood, they would think of it as a favor. He doesn’t want anything in return.

The doctor praises him, calling his act selfless. Rajveer thinks to himself that Karan Luthra once had a wonderful life partner, but he never truly deserved her. He leaves silently.

The nurse tells the doctor that people usually seek credit, but this boy hid everything. The doctor says that sometimes there is a deeper backstory behind such actions. He believes Rajveer doesn’t want Karan or his family to know anything. He instructs the nurse to change the saline bag after half an hour.

Meanwhile, Karina, Nidhi, and the rest of the family enter, relieved to hear that the blood has been arranged. Overwhelmed, Nidhi hugs the doctor.

Karina urges Karan to wake up because everyone needs to hear his voice again. Nidhi also begs him to recover, reminding him that his children are desperately waiting for him.

The doctor assures them that he will get better. Kavya asks if they can take him home the next day, as he hates staying in the hospital. The doctor agrees to discharge him but mentions he will assign a nurse. When Kavya asks for the name, he refuses to say anything. Karina praises the mysterious donor.

Walking through the corridor, Rajveer remembers Nidhi saying they must keep Preeta away from Karan, as she always brings destruction with her arrival. Emotional, he recalls how his mother slapped him earlier.

Palki enters the hospital and sees Rajveer crying, leaning brokenly against the wall. She rushes to him and tries to calm him down, but he can’t hold back his emotions and hugs her tightly. She gently wipes his tears with her dupatta, but he continues crying, so she embraces him again.

Sitting beside him, Palki asks how long he intends to cry. She reminds him she is suffering too.

Rajveer says Maa is in pain—she even cut her wrist. Palki explains she spoke to Preeta and came running because she couldn’t see Rajveer like this. She says she knows he is tense for her, but Preeta will be fine. She also tells him she saw Preeta ji, who was unconscious, but the doctors have given her medicine and she’ll wake up soon.

Rajveer, consumed with guilt, says everything is his fault. He wonders how he became so stubborn, how he could behave like this. She begged him, but he didn’t listen. He calls himself a bad son.

Palki immediately scolds him. She tells him not to think that way. She says every mother would want a son like him because he does everything for Preeta ji, even putting his life at risk. She reminds him how he went into the fire for her, something most people couldn’t even imagine doing.

She says the love he has for his mother can be seen in his eyes. She tells him there must have been a strong reason for refusing to donate blood to Karan sir, and that he didn’t tell Preeta ji, which led to all this. But still, he is a very good son — in fact, he is the best.

Mohit arrives and joins them. Palki tells him to help calm Rajveer. Mohit agrees with her and tries to comfort Rajveer, who cries that he hasn’t been able to do anything for Maa.

Palki’s phone rings. Rajveer says her mother must be calling and she should go back, but she refuses. He insists that her mother would be waiting and he doesn’t want her to get hurt because of him. She still won’t leave.

He explains that a mother’s heart is delicate, and he doesn’t want her mother to feel worried. He urges her to go. She calls him stubborn, and he replies that if she won’t move from there, then she must go home.

Palki finally agrees but makes him promise to give her every update about Preeta ji. She tells him not to cry or blame himself because it hurts her. She promises to return the next morning and leaves, asking Mohit to take care of him.

Rajveer tells Mohit that he is lucky to have Palki, just like God blessed him with a mother like Preeta ji. Mohit jokes that Rajveer keeps forgetting his brother. They hug.

Mohit tells him he needs to stay strong for his mother. If he falls apart, how will she stay strong? Rajveer says he came with the intention to take revenge for his mother, but when he entered the Luthra mansion, he met Badi Mom, Grandfather, and Kavya, and things changed.

He recalls how strange it felt donating blood. Mohit insists that he still did the right thing. But Rajveer cries that Maa cut her wrist because of him. Mohit urges him to calm down.

Morning arrives. Nidhi is in the kitchen with Garesh, saying she needs only black pepper and lemon. She asks Garesh to cut a fresh lemon.

Karina comes in and asks what she is doing. Nidhi says the doctor gave her ingredients to prepare soup for Karan, and once she teaches Garesh, he can cook it.

Karina says she has never seen Nidhi even pour herself a glass of water, yet now she is preparing soup. Nidhi says she is ready to do anything to help Karan recover. She stops Shaurya and asks if he is going to the hospital. She gives him fresh fruits and then hands him lunch boxes for Rishab and Mahesh.

After Shaurya leaves, Karina remarks how much Nidhi has changed. Nidhi explains that when she saw Karan’s condition, she became terrified. She realized how much the family always cared for her, and now she wants to give that same care back. This, she says, is her way of celebrating life. Karina praises her warmly. Nidhi tells Garesh they need to give Karan steam therapy. Karina smiles, impressed.

Rajveer approaches the nurse and informs her that Karan Luthra urgently needs blood, so he wants to donate his. The nurse explains they must test him first. Rajveer, confused, asks why, and she tells him that Karan’s own son had come earlier to donate blood, but his sample contained alcohol.

Rajveer confidently replies that there will be no alcohol in his blood. The nurse agrees and instructs Anju to bring the donation form. He signs it instantly, but before leaving, Anju stops him, pointing out that he wrote the wrong name. The comment shocks Rajveer, and he becomes slightly nervous.

Elsewhere, Karina sits with Rakhi, apologizing because she didn’t want to share the news but felt guilty hiding it. She reveals that Karan is once again battling for his life and that everything happened because of Preeta.

Rakhi jolts upright in shock, but Karina urges her to lie down and immediately calls the doctor.

Inside, the doctor checks Karan, and a nurse says that if they hadn’t found the blood on time, things would have taken a terrible turn. The doctor replies that Karan’s life would have ended, which would have left a dark stain on the hospital. He finds it strange that none of Karan’s children share his blood group.

Rajveer quietly says he is also a child of Karan Luthra, but he doesn’t want to donate his blood. The doctor explains that Kavya’s blood group doesn’t match and Shaurya’s sample was contaminated. Then, the nurse points at Rajveer, stating that he was the one who actually donated the blood.

The doctor calls Rajveer inside and asks why he lied about his real name. The nurse adds she heard him telling the receptionist that he didn’t want anyone to know. The doctor repeats the question, and Rajveer explains he works for the Luthra family, and if they find out, they’ll treat his donation like a favor. He doesn’t want that.

The doctor praises him for his selfless act. Rajveer silently thinks that Karan Luthra once had a wonderful life partner but did not deserve her. He leaves quietly.

The nurse comments that most people chase credit, but this boy hid everything. The doctor replies that sometimes there is a deeper story behind a person’s actions, and he believes Rajveer doesn’t want Karan or his family to discover anything. He instructs the nurse to change the saline bag in half an hour.

Karina, Nidhi, and the rest of the family arrive, relieved to hear the blood has been arranged. Overcome with emotion, Nidhi hugs the doctor.

Karina urges Karan to wake up because they need to hear his voice again. Nidhi also pleads with him, saying his children are anxiously waiting for him.

The doctor assures them that Karan will recover. Kavya then asks if they can take him home tomorrow, as he hates hospitals. The doctor agrees and says he will hire a nurse for home care. When Kavya asks for the nurse’s name, he refuses to reveal anything. Karina praises the mysterious donor.

Walking through the corridor, Rajveer remembers Nidhi saying they must keep Preeta away from Karan because she always enters their lives like a death sentence. He becomes emotional, remembering how his mother slapped him earlier.

Palki enters the hospital and sees Rajveer crying, leaning helplessly against the wall. She rushes to him and tries to console him. Unable to hold himself together, Rajveer hugs her tightly. She gently wipes his tears with her dupatta, but as he continues crying, she embraces him again.

Sitting beside him, Palki asks how long he plans to cry, reminding him she is also hurting.

Rajveer says Maa is in pain and even cut her wrist. Palki tells him she talked to Preeta and came running the moment she heard. She says she can’t see him like this, and although she knows he is tense for his mother, Preeta will be fine. She tells him she met Preeta ji, who was unconscious, but the doctors gave her medicine and she’ll wake up soon.

Consumed with guilt, Rajveer says all of it is his fault. He wonders how he became so stubborn and how he couldn’t act when Preeta begged him. He insists he failed as a son.

Palki firmly tells him not to think that way. She says boys are ready to give their life for their mother, and Rajveer has done far more. He wanted to give his mother happiness, not pain.

She scolds him, saying he is an ideal son — every mother wishes for a son like him. She reminds him how much Preeta ji means to him and how he can risk his life for her. She recalls how he ran into the fire to save her, while most people freeze in fear. She says anyone can see the love for his mother in his eyes.

She believes there must have been a strong reason for him refusing to donate blood to Karan sir, and the only mistake was not telling Preeta ji, which led to misunderstanding. Still, she insists he is a wonderful son — not because of her feelings, but because it’s the truth.

Mohit arrives behind them, and Palki tells him not to cry. He agrees with her. She asks him to help convince Rajveer, and Mohit thanks her.

Rajveer says he hasn’t been able to do anything for Maa.

Palki’s phone rings. Rajveer tells her it must be her mother and she should go, but she refuses. He insists her mother will worry, and he doesn’t want her to face stress because of him.

She still refuses, so Rajveer explains that a mother’s heart is fragile, and he doesn’t want Palki to hurt her mother unknowingly. She calls him stubborn. He says if she won’t move from there, then she must go home.

She agrees but makes him promise to update her about Preeta ji. She tells him not to cry or blame himself, as it hurts her deeply. She promises to return the next morning and leaves, asking Mohit to take care of him.

Rajveer tells Mohit he is lucky to have Palki, just like God blessed him with a mother like Preeta ji. Mohit jokes that he always forgets his brother. They hug.

Mohit reminds him he must stay strong for his mother. If he breaks, how will she stay strong?

Rajveer says he came to take revenge for his mother but entered the Luthra mansion and met Badi Mom, Grandfather, and Kavya, and everything changed.

He recalls how strange it felt donating the blood. Mohit reassures him he did the right thing given the situation, but Rajveer cries that Maa cut her wrist because of him. Mohit tells him to calm down.
