Rajveer enters the room where Preeta is still unconscious. He sits beside her, holding her hand tightly, and whispers that she is the only person he has in this world. He says he doesn’t need any other bond or relationship—only her. He knows her heart recognizes other connections and beats for people who don’t even deserve her love. He struggles to express his pain, but as he speaks, Preeta slowly regains consciousness. She remembers pleading with Rajveer to donate blood and how he became furious and refused.
Mohit enters and tells them that Karan Luthra eventually received blood. Hearing this, Preeta immediately says she wants to go home. Rajveer agrees, but she tells Mohit to take her home and insists on handling the discharge formalities herself. She walks out, leaving Rajveer sitting there, shattered.
Daljeet is furious at Palki, scolding her for going alone. She complains that she was trying to help both Rajveer and Palki, but instead, they are ruining everything. Palki asks her mother if she would have allowed her to go had she asked. Daljeet ignores the question and continues yelling. Shanaya jumps in, asking why Daljeet is overreacting since Palki only went to the hospital. But Daljeet warns that if anything happened to Palki, it could affect Shanaya’s marriage with Shaurya, which makes Palki angry.
Palki says Daljeet only worries about Shaurya and Shanaya’s marriage and never about her feelings. She questions why her mother judges Rajveer just because he isn’t rich like the Luthras. She says if he were a Luthra, Daljeet would have supported their relationship immediately. Palki firmly states she must stand by Rajveer, the same way he always stands by her. Shanaya tries to calm Daljeet, but she refuses to listen.
Preeta comes out, and Rajveer goes to her. She tells Gurpreet to inform Rajveer that there is no need for him to make sad faces because she now clearly understands how much (or how little) he loves her. Rajveer tries to explain, saying he doesn’t fake anything and that she means the world to him, but Preeta dismisses him, saying children know how to twist words. She asks Gurpreet to tell him she doesn’t want to talk. Hurt, Rajveer walks away, saying he won’t eat either. Preeta, though angry, becomes worried.
Meanwhile, Karan sits alone thinking about how he got shot while saving Preeta. He tries to sit up despite the severe pain. He wonders where Preeta is, why she didn’t return home, and why he couldn’t find her at the hospital. The way she behaves with him feels different, and he senses something is terribly wrong but can’t figure it out.
Karina enters and informs Karan that Varun has come to meet him. Varun greets him and expresses concern for his health. Karan says he just wants to see Kavya happily married. Varun tells him to rest and forget about office matters for now. Nidhi arrives with soup, and Karina takes Varun to meet Kavya while Nidhi stays to look after Karan, insisting on feeding him herself.
Later, Mohit, Gurpreet, and Preeta are having tea when Rajveer comes to call his mother. Preeta refuses to talk, and though Rajveer tries to stop her, she walks away. Gurpreet tells him not to worry; mothers calm down eventually. Mohit confides that he is confused because both Preeta and Rajveer are hurting. Gurpreet explains this emotional distance is normal between a mother and son.
At the Luthra house, Karan tries to stand but screams in pain. Nidhi rushes in and scolds him gently, making him drink the soup and take medicine. Shaurya watches his parents from afar and leaves with a soft smile.
The next morning, Rajveer comes out while Preeta cooks. She hands him a tiffin without speaking. He doesn’t take it and walks out, leaving Preeta more worried than before.
Nidhi helps Karan down the stairs. Varun and Karan greet each other. Rajveer arrives with medicines and tells Karan to take them on time. Nidhi quickly says she will give them to him.
At home, Rajveer sits with Preeta during dinner, but she still ignores him. He leaves without eating, troubling her further.
In Karan’s room, Nidhi asks if he took his medicine. He says he’s fine and takes it himself. She smiles, relieved, and helps him lie down.
The next morning, Karan comes downstairs. Nidhi tells him to skip office, and even Karina agrees. Rajveer arrives and asks if they can go to the auction together, but Nidhi immediately forbids it. Kavya also insists her father must stay home. Karan agrees and instead calls Rajveer to the study to discuss paperwork.
Varun arrives, and Kavya greets him. He invites her to a Valentine’s Day celebration at a farmhouse with married friends. Kavya agrees. Nidhi welcomes him inside, and Karan greets him warmly. Shaurya arrives and greets Varun, but becomes tense seeing Rajveer standing with Karan.
When Nidhi mentions the Valentine’s trip, Karan questions it. Rajveer points out that since married couples are attending, Varun and Kavya, who aren’t yet married, should think carefully. Kavya also wonders if it’s appropriate. Shaurya, however, encourages her to go and make new friends.
But Karan firmly says no out-night trips before marriage. He sends Rajveer to get files from his room. As Rajveer leaves, Shaurya stops him and tries to intimidate him. He says Rajveer shouldn’t interfere in Kavya’s relationship. Rajveer retorts that Shaurya doesn’t even understand himself and that he isn’t “trying” to be Kavya’s brother—he is her brother.
Shaurya warns Rajveer not to act like Kavya’s brother. Rajveer calmly replies that he is her brother and doesn’t care what Shaurya thinks. He repeats that he has no interest in talking to him. Shaurya taunts that Rajveer will have to talk because he is a servant of the Luthras. This angers Rajveer, but Shaurya continues mocking, saying the truth hurts and he will always call him a servant.
Rajveer grabs Shaurya by the collar but then lets go and dusts off his shirt, telling him clearly that he doesn’t have time to waste on him. He walks away while Shaurya vows to teach him a lesson and make him respect his “boss.”
Meanwhile, Rajveer, walking back angrily, thinks that no one knows what he is capable of. He came here to destroy the Luthras, and he will fulfill his vow to turn their lives upside down.
Karan is on a call when Rajveer gives him a file. Karan notices the meeting date is tomorrow and tells Rajveer to attend and secure the deal. He warns him about Anshuman Pandya, a ruthless businessman who hates the Luthras for overtaking his business. Nidhi interferes, saying the house shouldn’t become an office, and pulls Karan to breakfast. Karan invites Rajveer to join them.
At the table, Kavya arrives happily, saying she likes Varun a lot. Rajveer teasingly says that’s why she is getting married. She mentions she doesn’t feel like going on the trip. Rajveer tells her she’s not married yet, no matter how old-fashioned she thinks he is, but she agrees they think alike.
Rajveer then returns to the table and casually asks Varun if he has weekend plans. Varun says yes, with his friends. Rajveer announces that Kavya will be at the Valentine’s party the Luthras will host in the mansion. Even the family is unaware of the plan. Varun leaves to take a call.
Rajveer then reveals privately that he planned this because Kavya isn’t comfortable going out with Varun before marriage. Karan agrees wholeheartedly. When Varun returns, he says he cancelled the trip with his friends so he can celebrate Valentine’s Day with family. Karan agrees and suggests he greet Maa before leaving. Karina then tells Karan to inform Bhabhi she’ll visit later. She warmly thanks Rajveer, but he remembers her harsh words to Nidhi in the hospital and silently returns to work. Again, Shaurya blocks him, but Rajveer simply says he will do what he wants and walks off.
Later that night, Rajveer lies in bed when Preeta sits beside him, asking him to turn around and eat. He refuses unless she talks to him. Preeta warns she’ll scold him, and he says he’s fine with that. She insists he can’t stay hungry and says she will feed him herself—but warns if he hurts her again, she won’t forgive him so easily.
Rajveer breaks down, holding his ear to apologize. Preeta, emotional as well, hugs him tightly. Gurpreet sees them and smiles, relieved that mother and son have reconciled. She tells Preeta that Rajveer hasn’t eaten anything, which worries her. Rajveer then lovingly feeds Preeta, who initially refuses.
Meanwhile, Kavya reads in her room and begins thinking about Rajveer. She calls Palki, but Shanaya complains about the phone ringing so late. Daljeet arrives scolding Palki for not helping around the house. Palki finally answers the call. Kavya invites both Palki and Shanaya to the Valentine’s party. After the call, Shanaya panics with excitement, and Palki confirms the invitation. Daljeet becomes thrilled, saying they must attend since she never celebrated such things in her life. She proudly announces she has stitched dresses for them and leaves.
The next morning, Karan tells Karina he visited Maa and even distributed money to the staff. While standing near his car, a ward boy approaches him. The ward boy hints that he knows who donated blood for Karan, but wants money in exchange. Karan asks how much. The ward boy demands ₹25,000. Karan calmly hands his phone, telling him to enter his details and reveal the name.
The ward boy says the donor was Rajveer Arora. Karan is shocked. The ward boy adds that a lady even slapped Rajveer outside the hospital. Karan asks what she looked like. The ward boy describes features matching Preeta. Karan shows him Preeta’s picture, and the ward boy confirms she is the lady. Karan freezes, realizing both Rajveer and Preeta are somehow connected. The ward boy confirms the money and leaves.
Rajveer reaches the auction site and stands near the Luthra Industries table. A delegation sits near him. Rajveer stands and introduces himself as Anshuman Pandya. The real Anshuman coldly replies he doesn’t need to know him. Rajveer says he soon will.
Announcements begin. Anshuman mocks that Rajveer spent ₹6 crore on property worth ₹4 crore. Rajveer counters confidently, saying the land is worth far more, backed by government permission for building a five-star hotel.
Later, Anshuman’s manager approaches Rajveer and praises his research, offering him a job. Rajveer refuses, saying he doesn’t want to work for anyone but prefers working with someone. Anshuman mocks that Karan Luthra is not a great businessman and only succeeded due to luck. Rajveer, composed, says Anshuman is wrong—Karan is intelligent and knows exactly where to invest. Anshuman senses Rajveer might be hinting at something deeper.
Rajveer tells Mr. Pandya that Karan Luthra is an exceptionally sharp businessman who always knows what he wants and why he wants it. Mr. Pandya feels that Rajveer is hinting at something deeper, reminding him that although Rajveer showed him the hotel plans, he himself is capable of destroying Karan’s business if he chooses. Rajveer calmly responds that Mr. Pandya is mistaken—his intention is not just to harm the business but to completely destroy it. Impressed and intrigued, Mr. Pandya invites Rajveer to partner with him, convinced that together they can bring Luthra Industries down. After leaving, Rajveer drives away, while Mr. Pandya confidently mutters that Rajveer will call him very soon.
Meanwhile, Preeta sits in her room when a balloon unexpectedly drifts in. Confused, she wonders how it entered and is suddenly hit with a faint, emotional flashback of running after similar balloons—memories she can’t fully grasp. She feels torn between experiences she never lived yet somehow remembers. Calling herself silly, she brushes off the moment and ties the balloon to her bed.
Rajveer, driving, thinks about how Anshuman Pandya—Karan’s biggest rival—wants to join hands with him to destroy Karan. His thoughts are interrupted when Kavya calls, demanding that he attend the Valentine party. Rajveer explains he must first hand over an important project file to the CEO and will come afterward.
At the hospital, the doctor is working when Karan storms into the cabin despite the ward boy’s attempt to stop him. Karan angrily questions why the doctor lied about Rajveer not donating the blood, recalling how he repeatedly begged to know the truth so he could personally thank the donor. The doctor remembers Rajveer pleading with the entire staff to hide his name. He tells Karan that only Rajveer can answer his questions. Shocked by the secrecy, Karan apologizes for his harshness and decides he must confront Rajveer himself.
In the office, Rajveer proudly informs the team he has secured the deal despite difficulties, saying he never leaves work unfinished. When Karan calls him, he declines the call, annoying Karan, who is desperate for answers. Karan recalls every moment—Rajveer’s behavior, his unexplained connection to Preeta, the accident, the matching blood group—and decides Rajveer can no longer avoid him. Rajveer, seeing the call again, mutters that Karan, like Shaurya, never respects anyone’s time and refuses to answer.
That night, Shaurya gets ready excitedly. After receiving a call, he becomes even more confident that Palki will finally realize he is the best choice for her. Nidhi enters and compliments his looks, sensing he wants to say something, but he hides it. When she asks why he bought such an expensive car for Shanaya, he corrects her—it isn’t for her. He only asks that she keep Rajveer in check, as he is getting too close to the family. Nidhi warns him not to make reckless decisions, reminding him of the trouble he faced during the drug case. Shaurya leaves.
Karan arrives at the office and heads straight to Rajveer’s cabin. The receptionist tries to stop him, but he ignores her. Feeling something strange behind him, he turns but sees no one. Inside, he searches for clues about Rajveer’s real identity. Finding nothing, he receives a call from the hospital about signing his mother’s treatment documents. He restores the cabin to its original state and leaves, vowing to talk to Rajveer soon.
While driving, Rajveer thinks about alliances and enemies, recognizing that the enemy of an enemy can become useful. He catches himself sounding loyal to Karan, something he detests, reminding himself that Karan deserves destruction for ruining others’ lives. Seeing Karan’s call again, he angrily refuses to answer.
At the Luthra Mansion, Kavya is getting ready when Karina enters and compliments her beauty. Kavya sweetly replies that she looks beautiful only because Karina Bua loves her so much. She wishes Karina could attend the party, but Karina laughs, saying Valentine’s is for the younger generation; she doesn’t have a Valentine anyway. Varun arrives, warmly greeting Karina Bua and even wishing her “Happy Valentine’s Day” before approaching Kavya. She dismisses his greeting, upset that her friends’ boyfriends shower them with gifts while he hasn’t. She storms out, leaving Varun holding a small gift box and following her.
Elsewhere, the nurse scolds the ward boy for revealing the truth about Rajveer to Karan after promising secrecy—especially after Preeta slapped him outside the hospital. She explains that only a mother slaps in such a way. Hearing this, Karan is struck by the realization: Rajveer might be his son.
Precap:
